FYI for the original poster, the Disks of Denak have been corrected and changed to the Daggers of Denak. In the comic that’s the name of the actual spell. the Disks of Denak is a completely different spell. I’m glad that Marvel is making Capcom pay attention to detail with him lol. Oh, so it is Daggers of Denak. Given that like 80% of Doctor Strange knowledge comes from MightyGodKing, I didn’t know there were two different spells and thus I thought that Seth had misspoke. Good to know that wasn’t the case. Things are looking better for Doctor Strange than usual (from a franchise standpoint) if Marvel is finally playing this much attention to him rather than having him be a Deus Ex Machina they don’t know what to do with half of the time.
There isn’t any good gameplay of Strange period. Nobody is really playing him the way they should from what I’ve seen. Just randon naked teleports and once in a while a combo. That’s most likely due to how all of his special moves and even one of his command normals are projectiles so it will take a while for people to figure how to utilize them all for spacing and mix ups.
I know the fact that they arent doing anything else with him is disappointing. Played him for a while but I got sick of it after a while

Pretty sure it is not. Daggers/disks are ok in the air though.
all of his specials (Impact Palm as well) except swords are Air OK.
