i asked him a couple general questions and shit. basically he said that all the 3rd strike chars are good but they seem to lack good footsie games. he said dudley is good but i he can’t get a knock down or put you in the corner then he will have a hard time beating you. also i guess is standing strong is plus 6 on block(fucking insane) its basically a free tick throw cuz you cant do anything in time.
also if i heard him right he said rose is insanely better, she can do her combo into super then ultra first orb hits, juggles for another combo or her much improved sould throw.
cody’s ex zoink knuckle is completly inv, will go throw everything including fireballs and ultras.
he said something about if sagat combos into his ultra 1 in the coner the final tiger uppercut doesn’t even come out
said the game seems to be more on the offensive side
said deejay is ok, has no real way to link his ultra, but his kick combo that goes into the air has crazy anti air. baiscally you cant cross him up if he has meter, it beats almost everything

my bro and everyone else in az said balrog only has one ultra, lol. he said the only way he can see it being used is baiting someone to poke or whatever. he also said that other then that, rog seems the same, just can throw him out of his dash punches anymore
all dps from every character i believe have taken a damage reduction, including cammy(i believe)
cha, cammy is actually not that bad of a character, shes isnt great by anymeans but shes atleast mid mid tier. yeah she lacks a overhead but shes still not as bad as you seem to make her out to be.
i honestly think sakura is gonna be crazy with her new ultra and that she can now cross up, expect to see dave beating us more and more.

I’m in Buffalo late tonight but am hype about chillin saturday. What do you guys usually do for food when ya’ll at the Barcade.
Dinner is usually at this one random place in Lewiston. Even on a Saturday, the place next door seems to take away all the business despite being way more expensive. So we usually have the place to ourselves. It has the typical wings/pizza/cheese fries/tacos/subs/etc. Nothing spectacular, but it works.
im really curious about Juri, after seeing the stream i personally think she fits my style of rush down and overall game play. What does your Brother think of her, and wtf is up is Ryu, i saw some of the changes, and im pissed about that. trade dp to ultra is gone for him but not sagat? hell any trade dp from ryu for extra damage is a gone really, one thing that ticked off about is how he cant do hado wait for the person to jump, then super. im hoping to god i can still super after the person does a SA on my hado then i super his ass. can your brother confirm that for me at all when he has the chance???
im pretty sure sagat also lost his trade into ultra so im really not sure where you heard that from ryan. which if that is true then you got no reason to complain about ryu, hes still top. seeing as you can combo into full ultra 2 tho most players will prolly stick to ultra 1.juri isn’t really a rush down char ryan(as was mentioned on the stream) she is more of a keep away character so yeah.

yeah i saw a video basically confirming sagat can trade dp > f+rh > ultra, and ryu will miss his ultra1 everytime after a dp trade.
Sagat’s TU lost 70 damage (without the angry scar.) And the ultra got toned down in damage as well. So it’s not the end of the world just cause he can do it. People will just still hate him. Oh noes.

Which is hilarious. He’ll have less hp than dudley. A big tough muay thai fighter like him can take fewer hits than a rich british boxer. Looks like age is catching up to him I guess.
yea, sagat still HURTS tho, then again he was mostly played against the 900-950hp characters. and i think t hawk once or twice and rufus as well. i dont remember right of the top of my head.
