if you copy that to a notepad file save it as html view it in a webbrowser does it format it correctly so its just plain text??<br>
They shoulda made fisherman slam a command grab.<br>
@Hwan <div><br></div><div>Bryan can do cr. lp xx flying knee after fisherman’s slam (either with or without the slam part for that matter). You could also cancel the cr. lp to mach breaker if you want, although the stupid input reader often registers it as another fisherman slam vein bursts in head upon this happening</div>
Does Bryan’s lp fisherman’s slam not have ground invulnerability? I’m pretty sure it’s getting beaten out by ground attacks. Do any of his fisherman slam versions have ground invulnerability. Also, do all of his ex’s just have armor, or do any of them have throw/strike invulnerability as well? I just switched my team from Hwo/Nina to Bryan/Nina. I’m getting blown up when Bryan’s under pressure because I’m not getting him out when I need to. He’s a lot of fun to play though, but man you realize the bs this game has when you’re not playing the top characters.
No, lp Fisherman’s only crushes air attacks, and EX has strike invincibility. I believe the rest of his EX moves except Flying Knee have one hit of armour, and I’m pretty sure you can get grabbed out of all of his specials. EX Fisherman’s has helped me plenty under pressure, but don’t get too overzealous with it because it can be easily baited and neutral jumped and then you get hit with a full combo.
What kinda gems would you guys suggest for Bryan? I have ones on him now that take advantage of the rekkas in his specials, but I’m wondering if Bryan benefits more from attack, defense, meter, etc.?

If the opponent doesn’t have a DP, you might want to try Snake Pit -> Tag Cancel. <blockquote class=“Quote”>

Using “Land X number of Special Moves” seems good because of Rekkas. I think Fortitude and Immense Power are the obvious choices, but it depends on your team/style. While Bryan certainly benefits from those, Onslaught gems are good for Bryan as well since they give him increased damage output and the ability to punish full-screen fireballs. Movement gems also enhance Bryan’s ability to fight at mid-range and give his jumps a much-needed boost. <div><br></div><div>My overall thoughts: use a meter gem along with either fortitude or attack gems.</div>

Thanks man, couldn’t have done a better job explaining that for me!
Just made a Bryan tutorial video. This is intended for beginners, but I hope it’s helpful!

You Bryan mains will probably face-palm at some of the decisions I made, but that’s what happens when you only play a team for a week.
