Right, Chef Borjan and Serpentarus are correct, I did mean his standard air grab followed by a Mighty Tornado DHC to Devil Trigger. From lower heights you need to follow it up with Dante’s DP + M, from higher up you can do his OTG gun shot, though I’m fairly certain his DP + M follow up is more optimal regardless.
Off standard ground throws I usually just hard tag to Dr. Doom, as he can easily follow them up for significant damage, more than Dante could get. Though you could certainly tag Dante in for those as well if you don’t have Doom on your team.
Hey guys heres an old team synergy vid I found from one of my favorite Thor players to watch. It focuses on Thor/Frank/Storm from solo combos with no assist to full team combos,Leveling up Frank,DHC’s,Resets,X factor combos and a few troll combos for good measure. A good team to toy around with if your starting to get a little bored with your current Thor team.

I use the same team usually switching out doom for frank depending on match up. Another good trick with rapid slash assist is calling it b4 a might smash during a block string after it crosses up catch them with a might hurricane the second they get out of block stun.
What could to after the TK Mighty Strike :l: is after you hit them with it when the animation is done since you have frame advantage you can press j.:l: for an over head or c.:l: when you land if they block the c.:l: go for a tick throw Mighty Hurricane or :h:.
You can actually do a jump combo from that confirm as well. Doing TK :l: Strike into j:l:, land, j:l:, j:m:, j:s:, land, , :s: allows you to save that Mighty Smash for later on in your combo for more damage or follow up with a j:l: Mighty Hurricane reset.
yeah it actually work, i was mistaken, it just have low chance to work in a fight because the other player will probably pushblock avoiding the overhead.
From what I know about Viper, she likes an assist that lets her control air space. And Thor likes assists that either cover his approach or lock down the opponent. So the ideas that come to mind are Missiles or Jam Session. You might be able to get by with Cold Star, but that makes you lose the air control you want. Thor should definitely use his Spark assist, and I’d make sure you know his TAC combos because he should be played second here. Don’t see Viper giving him much, while Thor can support her fairly well.
I think you should play Vergil Last, or Doom, While I dislike doom Anchor I think Missiles could provide alot of support you need and Viper can do okay with Thor beam. In general Viper Thor isn’t really that great for Thor (who I feel should be getting the bulk of the support nature of your team) Thor is primarily a character you want on point, so a double point team isn’t that great. But if you really want Viper Thor then just think of any of the other good support assists that can lock down and hamper movement and hopefully provide combo extensions for Thor and you should be okay. But for instance I wouldn’t put strider on that team…
You could add Dormammu. He can be a powerful anchor and he has great versatility. Dark Hole is great for rushdown, but if you find yourself needing/wanting to play a more defensive style, he DHCs well from Thor and, with Mighty Spark assist (delay on the beam is great for giving a little extra time to charge spells and the hitbox on startup acts as a sort of ghetto GTFO me, very good assist for Dorm IMO), approaching can be very difficult. Also, you may be able to get some unblockables with Viper’s burn kick assist.
yeah im with DJ on the Dante or Doom for anchor, but if i were you i would make a team for Viper and a team for Thor, they are better as point characters, thor is also good as support character but his meter usage sucks and he dont get a speed boost in XF so playing him in the second position is not good. Viper need more anti-air assists like Dj said, but Thor need more ground control assists so no matter what character you find for anchor, the team will be meh.
