Brook PS3/PS4 "Fightboard" PCB Thread

i got a disconnect problem with my fightboard ps3/ps4.
sometimes if i stand up the fightstick disconnects (its completly random)

i talked with some of my friends and they think it has to do with the usb cable ( http://imgur.com/HAxMIlB )

i got this problem only on ps4 (on ps3 it works fine)
maybe you guys can help me or others have the same problem and could fix it somehow
any tips are appreciated

i changed the usb cable and the issue is not solved at all
i think that my brook PCB is malfunctioning

Does the same problem happen when playing on your PC or a PS3 Console? (Just trying to eliminate your PS4 usb first)

well its only on my ps4
i recently bought an USB HUB for the ps4. hope it helps
EDIT: i got a TE2 as a second stick and it works with no problems on my ps4 (maybe the info helps)

My suggestion

Change a USB cable to re-try
If it’s no good, please contact with our distributor to replace a board.

Trying to figure out how to solder a USB cable on to the Paradise Breakout Board so I can reuse the stick’s original cable. Did I miss something super obvious?

Umm, I think he meant to say that he’s using the original USB cable from the TE, so he would have to solder it differently… from Left to Right, it should be VCC, D-, D+, Gnd.

But if he bought it w/the breakout board, I heard that the “USB_Other” and “USB_PS360” for soldering are not working for some reason…

Here’s the thread about the PAS breakout board. I think this needs to be addressed asap.

Just installed mine yesterday in my TE1. Took about 30m, the longest being soldering the USB cable to a type B plug (cut up an old printer cable), as I didn’t wanna solder the board. Might be an idea for your problem. 1f less input lag, yay!

Use a joystick, it won’t work the SOCD Cleaner.

not sure if this has been asked before but can you use one of your brook ps3/4 converters to play on a xbox with this pcba, I have the ps3/ps4/pc pcba and when killer instant comes to pc depending on how much i like it, im sure im going to want to play it at my weekly but they will im sure be using xbox ones, so wonder if get a converter will it work fine connected to the pcba. I sure in time ill just get the Brook Universal Fighting Board

Does the PS3>PS4 white super converter work on modded stick??..I have a PS360+ PCB and I can’t get it to work…I also have a regular ole TE and it works like a charm… didn’t know if I was missing a step somewhere

Exciting news…
1st we shut the store for a few day(s) to get caught up, emails orders, etc… but!
the breakouts are back and we have, in hand, parts to do the switching breakout! Once we test these, they will be available in the store. These will allow very easy integration of an PS360 and one other device of your choice (could even allow Kaimana control!!!)
