Hi @GOGO.Zippy! I am a BIG fan of the product range so far. I’ve been testing/using them.
I have the GREEN X360XONE to PS4 super converter and I’m using the Xbox One Elite controller on PS4.
I did a few of the updates on the site but haven’t been able to get the Xbox One Elite controller 3.5 mm audio jack to work like the PS4 Dual Shock 4 (when I plug in earbuds/headphones) the audio isn’t coming out of the controller). Does this work on any of the firmwares?
I had trouble with the firmware updates so I thought I would uninstall the Zeroplus driver and try that again. Now it’s not appearing as a PS4 pad anymore. It comes up as HID Transfer under Unspecified in Devices and Printers. How can I set it back to normal?
Also the adapter itself is stuck with a purple light now instead of going back to blue. That is the problem I was trying to fix in the first place.
I have the PS3>PS4 converter btw.
Thanks for any help!
edit I have the drivers and stuff back now by unplugging and restarting and all that kind of stuff. I’m still stuck with a purple light though
I purchased one of these a few days ago. When I tried to update the converter I got a prompt saying that it was already on the most recent firmware - does this mean I don’t have to do anything?
My ps3>ps4 stick just stopped working when I tried to update the firmware in the B update. It actually never got to the “Update Successful” screen it just resets to screen where I can press the Update button.
