So mine just arrived today, having some issues updating. I got the A file to install but struggling with the B update, it says to connect without a controller and when I do it just says “plug in converter to update firmware”, there is no update button showing. Do I need to install both A and B updates?

If converter works fine with your controller /stick before update, I suggested to update only A file on Ps4 converter .
If you only updated A file, you can’t install Zeroplus USB Driver.
The B file must to run on Zeroplus USB Driver.
Ah, I made a mistake, when I was updating the driver to Zeroplus in windows I updated it wrong. The A and B files updated fine after I fixed it! Works great on my PS4, thank you brook for a great product and quick support.
Sorry a little late, but my same setup works fine, so it may have been an update issue, but it looks like you got it.
I have a PS2 to PS3/4 adaptor & use it w/my MAS stick & have no probs (usin tournament mode & have hooked it to my PS3 & PS4).

Hi, I don’t have a regular 360 controller and my stick doesn’t have L3. How can I update firmware to the lastest version? I tried pressing left, but it doesn’t work.

I was just wondering which one would work better. I figured the ps3/4 - xbone might have less lag but it’s more expensive

Just got my PS3/4 to Xbox One converter and tried to update the firmware to the latest one on the website. Got it to show up as a MS Xbox One controller and did the A firmware install and was following the instruction manual that was on the firmware update page that said at step 15 “Disconnect and reconnect the Super Converter with the game controller.” before doing the B pdate but when I replugged it in the pc wouldn’t recognise it at all. It now shows up as “WPM USB” but I can’t seem to do anything with the drivers or anything. Tried just plugging it into the xbox one but it didn’t work. I can’t find anyway just to do a factory reset of the converter or anything.
Any assistance here would be great as I don’t want it to just be a paper weight

I guessed you missed to install Zeroplus usd driver during B patch file.
