my 360 to ps4 coverter is stuck on a purple lightā¦not flashing, but solid purple after I tried updating.
Now I cannot find the proper device in device manager.
can anyone help me out?

I keep getting update failed. I have the x360/xb1 to ps4 adapter.
As soon as I run the program āZPPN002-A_V13_20151111ā, it goes to the ready to update firmware page and I hit the āupdate buttonā and it tries to update but fails. Also my adapter seems to be stuck in update firmware mode as nothing changes when I try to do the key combination with my xb1 controller.
step1: Unzip ZPPN004-A_V12_20151111 and run
step2: Your Converter with XBOX360 controller/stick(it need L3 button) plug into PC USB port, please wait a moment. The manager will add a new controller
Step3: follow APPās combo keys to enter updating mode. >> LED turns on purple color, please wait a moment, the converter will change to transfer mode.
Step4: Update icon will enable [ update ] then chick update to do. >> LED flashed on/off
step5: follow APPās combo keys to exit updating mode. >> LED turns on blue color
Please try again as under stepsā¦

ZPPN002-B_V13_20151002, it supports XBOX One wireless controller with 3.5mm phone jack not Elite wireless controller.
@GOGO.Zippy I updated my last message. My adapter seems to be stuck in firmware update mode and I have no way of getting it out of there. Is there a way to reset it or get out of it?

Also, anyone notice any extra lag after this update? I cant say for sure because I was playing onlineā¦which isnāt the way to test lag!!
I think someone needs to publish definitive lag results to convince people and TOās to use this as the default converters.
Anyway I highly recommend this converter to anyone thinking about getting it.
Try pressing home button? With my cthulhu PS3 PCB, I have it mapped to start + select ā plug it in, press those two and it logs you in as a user. Pretty sure thatās normal PS4 controller behavior.
I thought I was feeling more latency after the update but havenāt done any tests. Could be due to the new way Brooks is getting around the 8 minute problem, could be PS4 3.11 changed how wired controllers communicate (adding latency to all wired controllers), or it could be in my head.
With the latest update for white ps3 -> ps4 converter to fix Playstation Firmware 3.11 my PS360+ is not working anymore.
No buttons or joystick inputs are recognised. Neither on my ps4 nor on my pc.
I even did the update again but still no luck.
With any other ps3 arcade stick it is working fine.
Seems like ps360+ support is gone because of the firmware fix.
Anyone else having this? I was so happy that my ps360+ was working with the white converter but that last only a few days 
Now Iām struggling to update my xbox360 -> ps4 converter because Iām scared that my ps360+ also wonāt work with that afterwards.
Edit: I think I found the problem and could solve it. Listen up PS360+ Users.
@ GOGO.Zippy: In the latest Download on your website there is the PS3 to PS4_1111.rar / 4.98 MB
In that rar there is
ZPPN001-A_V13_20151111.exe
and
ZPPN001-B_V14_20150909.exe
I think the A Part is correct. But I was silly and installed the B Part as well.
That seems to be an old B Part where the PS360+ support was not given.
As I realised that I installed the A part again
ZPPN001-A_V13_20151111.exe
and took the
ZPPN001-B_V14_20151013.exe
from a previous download.
And now PS360+ is working again without 8 minute timeout on PS4 Version 3.11
You should include the latest B part in the download of your website.

what happens if you force ps3 mode on the ps360+ stick when using the converter?
Didnāt make a difference. But as I said: It is now working.
Also I just update my xbox360 -> ps4 converter and can confirm that my ps360+ is still working with it and no 8 minute timeout.
