Its just the watch is significant, he is seen wearing it, and the end of the episode, we see it ticking down to 0… then the episode ends. Sure, it signifies Syklars wait for walts cancer to kill him, but it might be foreshadowing too

1.) I just KNEW Walt’s confession would implicate Hank. Only way to make him back off. I also loved the waiter in scene right before it at the restaurant. This show is so good at black comedy.
2.) My spine blew up when I realized what Jesse was realizing. It definitely took me until half the commercial break to figure that out though.

I think the scene at the restaurant may be one of the best filmed scenes in television history. The mixture of humor and tension was perfect.
