Love this show and all the glorious acting it entails. I must say that the “I’m the one who knocks” scene is my favorite, just an absolutely excellent performance from Bryan Cranston. Hard to believe he was in a sitcom, lol. Anyways, not to flame Walking Dead or anything, but why isn’t BB getting the kind of recognition that WD gets? IMO it’s a better show… 
Just watched seasons 1 through 4… And god damn am I the only person who keeps hoping jesse gets offed?

After watching Homeland, Damian Lewis, although good (esp. in the season 1 finale) doesn’t have the gravitas of Bryan Cranston. Same can be said for the show.

Started watching all the episodes marathon style last month… the last time I felt this emotionally attached to a show was 24. I need to have every damn song on my iPod. To repent my sins of obtaining these episodes so swiftly cough I need buy the complete series on Blu(e Meth)-Ray once the last 8 episode drop. I cannot stop thinking about the cold open to “Live Free Or Die”.
Breaking Bad is like 24 sprinkled with Death Note and both versions of The Shield.

EDIT: About the “Gus Is Gay” discussion, IMO it could go both ways pun intended. While Gus demonstrated superb offense against the final boss of THE BOSS™ known as anti-pussy, especially at Don Eladio’s mansion and particularly to that T. Hawk oinkie derp Cynthia, I remember him expressing frustration to Walter in S3 about “the kids” not wanting to eat his favorite Chilean dish, suggesting he either knocked up some broad at one point in time… or, being a calculated philanthropist, he may have very well been a “close partner” with Max and simply adopted kids to better his public image, and to have some comfort to deal with his death.
I haven’t anticipated a show like this since 24. I thought the final half of the season was airing this spring, but I gotta wait till summer?? Maaaaan…
Just watched the first episode of season 5 again, and the picture that Gus had that broke and revealed the banking info was none other than gus and his boyfriend from Mexico, leading more credibility to the gay theory I had, why keep a picture from a business partner/friend on your desk if it wasn’t to remind you of the revenge you need to exact?
