As soon as Jesse said the poison was a plant I knew Walt was behind it- the way Bryan Cranston portrays Walt, you could see the guilt when Jesse was looking at him.
It’s amazing how Don Salamenca managed to show more 3-dimensionality as a cripple and a mute than most able-bodied characters on television. The moment he gazed upon Gus, then got teary-eyed, and finally the look of wrath…* beautiful.*
Todo es familia indeed…
As for Mike, I doubt he has any motivations to go after Walt and Jesse. He was with Gus on a professional basis only, and probably has enough money stacked somewhere to last him a damn good while. He still has his uses however…
Like I said before, Season 5 will be Walt’s ascension, the question is how will he do it? It seems my theory that Jesse will be the last man standing is also holding ground, because now Jesse has 2.5 reasons to kill Walt justifiably… if or when he finds out. Lastly, Grey Matter… will that be the last thread left?[/details]
I am glad to be born in this generation just to be able to watch this show and enjoy it wholeheartedly.

Gilligan stated in a NYT article that Huell, Saul’s bodyguard switched the cigarette case when he frisked Jesse in the previous episode. So apparently, Walt got Saul in on it too. Plus, we didn’t see or hear from Walt for an entire day after he spun the gun in his backyard, which landed on the plant.[/details]
[Spoiler=Finale] Walt has officially becme evil, but he is still my favorite character on the show. Walt in the end was the better manipulator than Gus. Good thing to see the superlab being destroyed, the RV will always be cooler. Mike will recover and will most likely have some sort of presence in the final season. Saul better stick around.
Now I’m really curious about what the final season will be about.
[details=Spoiler]Jesse vs. Walt because of the poison? I kind of hope not because Jesse isn’t a formidable opponent. And I also can’t imagine how Jesse would put the pieces together without it being really contrived. But I don’t want 12 episodes of wrapping up lose ends. I’d be happy with a 2 hour special showing things going back to normal and Walt getting away. Fuck, I hate the idea that he has no money to show for it though! When he said “We have work to do” I almost thought he was going to make one last super batch.
Can’t believe people had predicted the plant thing. I didn’t think Walt had it in him. I like that he did what needed to be done, but I’m a bit skeptical of how it was pulled off. [/details]
I don’t know how Season 5 is going to be. Is it going to be a badass or are they going to do meth in the car wash? Only time will tell. Overall, I was excited on this episode. A good ending.
Definitely enjoyed the episode but I’m kinda sad to see Walt drift into such villainous territory. There’s no real ambiguity now that Walt is going down and I feel like the show wants me to celebrate that when I still want to root for him.
lol! I didn’t get how he just walked the fuck out of the room with out any damage! then i was like… niiiice! thought he was gonna make it and come back as the T-1000 or something
