cartel
Spoiler
Yeah, it was probably best to leave. Even if he was just one powerful cartel figure, the death of Don Eladio will create a power vacuum. If the goal was just to have the cartel off Gus’ back, leaving is best.

Yeah it was so sick seeing Mike and Gus being all proud of jesse after he bitches that chemist out. That was fckn intense.
gus even pukes like a boss
I love how they saw how Jesse’s balls grew and Mike showed visible approval but Gus made the slightest smile, so subtle it can only be created by a skilled actor.
I like the fact that Walt Jr. has such a love for his father, most shows just have the whole rebellious teen son angle, but Junior just wants to get to know who his father really is. The sad part is when he does find out…
Oh and Skyler is retarded. Now there’s a loose end, and of course Walt wont find out until it’s too late.
Angry Gus and Confident Jesse make my day.
All the non cartel/mexico/gus parts of the episode were pretty boring though. Although it was nice to see walt just completely break down.
Or that guy Skylar is trying to help out wants a big cut in the end to shut up. Jesse will probably off the guy. He’s turning into Mike, slowly, but surely.
I wonder if Jesse will capitalize and just take em out or if he will be the one to off walt?
i guess last season of breaking bad wasn’t eligible for the emmy’s. whoever kyle chandler is needs to kill himself for accepting a tainted award for best drama actor. that emmy rightfully belongs to mr. white.
Bryan Cranston is blowing up as an actor though. So its all good
so what’s the deal with 8/infinity?

also Saul saying “the eighth hole is murder.” wutup wit dat?
Man all I know is that I can’t wait until the next episode. THis was truly intense, and easily the best episode of the season.
I’m in the middle of Season 2, is it ever explained why Walt walked out on a multi-million dollar business and became a school teacher in the first place??
If that’s not just coincidence and actually leads to something, that’s a damn good spot right there.
It could be that nobody will be taking out Walt. The demise of the cartel will only serve to help him too, now Gus isn’t having to shield him or Hank from the cartel. It is possible that due to the nature of events, they could swing out to Chile with Walt and still expect him to survive after making the cook - they want him dead for Tuco. Treating Walter like a bitch serves to remind him that he’s not as important or indespensible as he thinks he is - he’s been using that argument as a constant force field and he’s fast learning that it’s way off the mark of being true.
It wasnt explicitly explained but my guess is it pretty much boiled down to the guy taking his “true love”.
Wait a minute. Cranston got “3 lead actor in a drama” emmys in a row. So it might be that this season wasn’t eligible because it came too late.
They tried to set it up for Don Draper to win an emmy, which should have basically been guaranteed, but then they decided to flip the script on everyone and give it to friday night lights guy.
Each episode is better than the last, shit got REAL this episode! I am now a fanboy of the actor who plays Gus, that subtle little grin he had when Jesse told that chemist off was just too good. Best fucking show on TV (besides Game of Thrones)
Warning spoiler for sundays episode:
i also thought that he went to kill the guy on the front door, but that gif really suggest otherwise
mike
nah, mike was doing one last sweep before entering the car… that gif can be misleading but you can actually see that mike noticed the guy at the front door only a little too late
it doesnt make any sense for mike to want to kill jesse at all, for one second you might think that, then you start using your brain and realize how stupid that sounds like lol
they can do that when they arrived safely if they wanted to, not while theyre still in danger
nah man look how calm he turns. he wanted to shoot jessy in the back. he would have reacted differently if he saw the other guy.
