If the movie is as good as I heard it was they can pull multiple villians easy. One thing I’m digging is the use of abstract villians in the main stories. I still haven’t seen the movie but judging by the video game and now this news I can see ways for them to go into the sinister six
excited for the new villian in the amazing spiderman sequel, mysterio is gonna be fresh on the big screen!it is confusing that jamie foxx is gonna be playing the role but whatever up for anything xD
Jamie Foxx is playing Electro but back to more important things… HOW THE FUCK DO YOU KILL OFF PETER PARKER THEN DO A SOUL SWAP!!! WHAT THE FUCK SHIT IS THAT!!!
Yo, that note was so poetic. Truly a work of art. Don’t care what anyone says, I loved how it ended and am super excited to see where Superior goes. Also, it’s only been a day. I know it’s all over the net, but still–some people can’t get their comics as soon as they come out. At least wait a week before spoiling things.
Yeah I just read it. I saw that people were posting here and tried to avoid it because I already knew everyone would be talking about ASM 700.
I personally thought it was good and depressing at the same time. Whatever you might think of it though, you have to admit that it must have taken some gigantic balls to do it.
I agree it took some huge balls to do it but come on the way theybdid it was very weak. He didn’t even die a hero’s death. I’m slightly intrigued at best to see what they do to him but as permanent as they attempted to make it feel I have a strong gut feeling that Parker will return
Yeah I get this feeling that Peter will come back… or that he never actually left. I can’t imagine that this will be permanent.
I’m just curious, why exactly do you think Peter didnt die a hero’s death? Sure, he seemed defeated at the end, but he still fought and tried to protect people until pretty much his dying breath. Only thing that annoyed me is that Ock said that he would be better than Peter. I will always see Peter as the best spider-man
Yeah, that was nothing short of heroic. During the actual fight part, he put everyone else before him. The cops, the bystanders, and of course his friends and family. That’s text book super hero. And what’s even greater about the whole thing is he literally convinced his arch nemesis to rethink his whole way of life. To get him to really understand that mantra about “great power, great responsibility” is a feat in and of itself. The sheer fact that Ock is gonna try and follow through with it as Parker’s dying wish is amazing. Whether he succeeds or not will be the question.
So for those who haven’t read the new Spidey yet there are a few good things going but the ending had to be the best for me. I figured something like that was going to happen
Finally got my hands on it, and when I got to that ending, I was so giddy. I think that’s the word. I just started laughing and giggling and jumping all around like a 2 year old hyped up on sugar. Oh, the possibilities that could happen with that development.
I’ve been in and out of comics lately but of course when my favorite hero dies I’m going to check up on the developments. Whether or not the ending was intentional prior to the release of 700 is anyone’s guess but I’m glad they did. I mean if you’re going to go the way of 700 then at least do it right and either stick by your guns and choose an adequate replacement, I mean really Spidey’s changed the lives of quite a few villians. Hell I could even see Brock actually becoming a proper Lethal Protector without the Anti Venom look or have Kaine become the ‘Superior’ Spidey.
