Seems like we might have Amir Khan against Juan Manuel Marquez sometime in May. I feel that Khan could win this one as Marquez is getting older & I think he doesn’t have much pop at Jr Welter. Also Khan does seem to improving with each fight but, I won’t be surprised if Marquez wins this one because nobody should discredit him even after the loss to Mayweather. Hell, Mayweather couldn’t even knock him out with the weight advantage.

He should catch a 22. You can’t call yourself the greatest boxer that ever lived and not have consistently fought the best or most qualified opponents. Dude picks his fights as he pleases and then tries to justify it as being the most challenging option. If he’s not making fighters move up in weight to fight him he’s fighting guys way past their prime.

At the end of the day when Mayweather cleared out the Super featherweight and Lightweight division, he didn’t earn the amount of money he made fighting Hatton, Marquez and De La Hoya.
Also why do people keep assuming that people pay to see Floyd’s opponents? The fact that they got their biggest ppv buys with Floyd is proof that he is a draw.
