Well, it looks like the chances for a PBF/Pac are at 60%… i do think it’s up to Manny (not floyd) now and not floyd because most of the sources i read says that PBF is up for it… Pac needs to say it straight… but as Pac said “he wants to take a vacation” so that minuses the %. However, i do recall Pac being interviewed right after the PBF/JMM match saying that he wants to go against PBF. He likes going against trash talkers the most because they sell the fights.
Our opinions on Pac saying he wants a vacation doesn’t matter, lets just hope Pac shifts decision and gives us what we want and that the fight happens early with in next year.
Some guy said Pac is the man to beat now, i respectfully disagree. Your lord believes both men are equally the ones to beat which is why this fight is that anticipated. PBF (or the Mayweathers in general - especially with FMW Sr) can hype fights so damn much with the Punk Bitch, Trash Talking, and Villain like antics/promos. This is the reason why (or atleast my opinion) i favored the whole Hatton fued than Cottos. It was just more exciting due to the massive trash talk and arrogance from FMW. For some reason, i was more entertained from the Hatton fight than this one, and maybe because Cotto is a nice guy and there were no shit talks from both sides so the anticipation & excitement wasn’t just like Hatton for me. The greatest poster watched Pac/Hatton, and their 24/7 over and over again because it entertaining regardless of the length of the match. The win was more celebrated and for some reason needed.
A Pac/PBF match will cause ground breaking thrills from the early promotions to the aftermath. PBF will most likely be completely bad ass (much more than Tyson probably) in the promotions with him and his father talking massive shit towards the Pacquiao camp and fans. Shit is going to be off the hook that the whole country of the Philippines and the Filipinos all over the world would get pissed the fuck off at the Mayweathers camp for all the shit they give out and probably be more obsessed with Manny kicking PBF’s ass morem than even Roach. We’ll probably even see roach snap at some of FMW’s comments and have both camps rumbling in on each other during the pre-fight conference. That’s the reason why i like PBF allot, he’s undeniably great. His style is intelligent, and above all he really makes the matches sell.

Do i think Manny can beat PBF? Yes, i do… but not completely. 50/50 for me, because i don’t like to make predictions and PBF can’t be underestimated just like that. The majority of the 50% in Manny’s side is because i know that the Pacquiao camp have been studying PBF for a LONG TIME. They’ve been advanced for their gameplan long before so atm, my belief in Pacquiao goes to the long thought out strategy he has for floyd.
Cotto is good proof that Manny can handle PBF, because Cotto was part of that high calibur and 100% himself or even better in his bout against Manny their is no excuses for the massive punishment he took from Pacquiao. He lost and he got destroyed, cleanly. Period.
The whole Pac/PBF resume comparison is ridiculous because in the end they still need to get in the ring together and one has to win. Even if Pac holds a “better” resume atm, what good is it if he does loose to PBF? i do agree that Manny’s win record quality have surpassed PBF because of the decimation with in Pac’s matches, but it’s still a “so what?” to the greatest poster. Because in the end, the only thing left for both of these men is to fight and win cleanly.
