In case anyone didn’t know Bernard Dunne is defending his WBA World Super Bantamweight Title against Poonsawat Kratingdaenggym. Fight should be starting in less than half an hour.

Free stream worlwide on http://www.rte.ie/live/

If anyone forgets who he is, he had a possible fight of the year when he won the title against Ricardo Cordoba six months ago.

Anybody watch Klitschko vs Arreola. Blah. I am not in to dudes crying after a loss, regardless. Loved Lampley’s last words to end the show. He went on for a moment and just told folks that if their going to be a heavyweight boxer, at least train like one should. Sure a good part of that was meant for Arreola, but it seemed like he was directing that to most that make up the lousy Heavyweight division.

Thrust you think it will be that bad? I obviously favour Hopkins to win because he’s in better condition and his style matches his age more. Jones style doesn’t match his body at all. That being said Hopkins fights at a slower pace and Jones may pull something out of the hat for his last hoorah what should be anyway.

That being said I hope they both retire after this fight. Don’t care how much they think they have left.

jones can win only if hopkins comes out slow like he did against taylor and gives away all of the early rounds imo. as you said at their ages, hopkins style is significantly more well suited to him than jones’ is. not to mention jones hasn’t really looked good in awhile.

James Kirklands got pretty lucky. I just hope he doesn’t mess this up.

I finally watched “Tyson.” I got to thinking if his trainer never died. How he would of turned out?

greatest of all time? :wonder:

Super Six - World Boxing Classic, The Super Middleweights

this weekend:

Arthur Abraham vs. Jermain Taylor

Carl Froch (WBC) vs. Andre Dirrell

How times have changed, fighters from the US have dominated boxing for over a century and now we’re underdogs, Go USA! Jermain Taylor might fade late and lose to Abraham’s pressure. I think Andre Dirrell has the talent and skill to beat Froch. This is the best boxing has to offer this year along with Mikkel Kessler vs. Andre Ward.

November 21: Mikkel Kessler (WBA) vs. Andre Ward

Kessler hasn’t fought a top guy since Calzaghe and Ward is very talented dispite limited experience. Ward did beat Edison Miranda and looked very good.

I call Ward to win it all.

Damn, and I thought Mike Tyson looks fat.

I wonder if he still cocky as fuck being a fat fuck now. Funny though how the fuck a featherweight turn into that. o.0

Just watched a fantastic UK domestic fight for the European light-middleweight title between Jamie Moore and Ryan Rhodes. Really good so watch it if you can.

Jermain Taylor got his ass beat. I thought Aruthor Aberham was overrated, but that was a masterful performance. Taylor can’t keep on if he is gonna keep getting knocked out’ed like that.

Carl Froch surprised me. Ugly fight but deserved the win.

USA 0, EU 2. Andre Ward is our only hope left and he has to fight the best in the division in Mikkel Kessler.

Don’t get me wrong… I love Jermain Taylor. He is, after all, the only professional franchise in my home state of Arkansas. But he’s lacking so much stamina and determination. He has awesome boxing skills (awkward, maybe), but he has to be able to go 12 rounds. Maybe he could drop a weight class and do better? If not, I hope he hangs it up before losing like 5 in a row.

it sounds like arum is in pacman’s ear. can’t really see any other explanation on why pacquiao of all people would be going at PBF like that, especially when he has arguably the biggest fight of his career on deck.

Mayweather would fight him and he’d beat the shit out of him too. This talk about he doesn’t want to fight me is a way of shifting the blame to Mayweather.

In interviews Mayweather has pretty much said if they want to negotiate the tables open. It’s Arum and Roach who’ve been saying things like ‘‘Floyd is not getting 50%’’.

That being said I think a Cotto and Floyd fight will take place instead because I don’t see Pacquiao beating Cotto. I predict a TKO in 9-11 rounds.
