Am I the only one who noticed that Chris’ grenade specials leave those Dormammu floors flames now?

It’s his incendiary grenade, which he’s always had apparently. It’s just that people never seem to use it in the videos. They always use his normal grenade instead. WTF is the purpose of the normal grenade anyway? I’d choose the incendiary version every time.

Better question would be: what is the purpose of his mine? It doesn’t stay for a long time at all to be used as a trap. But yeah, Chris is looking better and better now that we know that his lifebar is worth like 2,5 Phoenixes.:lol:

maybe his mines are more like warning shots lol,or just for a quick piece of damage for rush down characters.Might work well on X-23’s ankle slicer.

they hit like 4-5 times and you can combo after

you mean like from the launch super? If so id choose to DHC after the 1st or 2nd one. The 1st one if you want a guaranteed freeze to dhc and bring someone else in. The 2nd one because after he shoots it, it stays in the air the entire duration of the super, regardless if he shoots the others or not so most people will forget and try to counterattack then BOOM that comes down on top of them. The scond one also homes so feel free to use that however u want. Im telling u now ALLOOOOOOT of people are gonna sleep on Chris. The dude is CABLE but with a ground game.

Im feeling chris/dormammu/and maybe she-hulk. I do think chris and dorm have some synergy, depending on how satellite laser functions dorm should be able to lock the person down with his purple orb assist whilst chris calls down the pain.

It has to be either AAA like Morrigan or maybe Trish (can do both rushdown and keepaway) with her Peekaboo assist. Chris simply has nothing to cover that angle.

Does anyone agree that Chris sounds like a complete idiot when doing his lvl 3?

I dunno if Dorm’s Dark Hole takes long enough for Chris to combo into his Lvl3, you have to manually lock on in that timespan as well.

Hmm, good point. And if that doesn’t work the whole dorm chris combination kinda falls apart since they are both keep away.Oh well back to the drawing board lol.

Well Floating Bomb/Stalker Flare > Linear Launcher does work, but it’s 4 meters… dunno if it’s worth the meter yet.

Well I guess it all rests on whether or not linear launcher is worth the meter, I mean you were planning on using 3 meters for it anyway right? If the hyper is actually worth its meter i definitely think that would be worth it. Heres another thought though, how about ammateratsu’s mist hyper dhc’d into linear launcher? I think it might work.

I think chris’ mine is for pure mental.

It’s obvious and tells rush down characters to sit there and suck it, or jump over it and eat an AA assist.

yea thought about trish or maybe dante with jam ? and dante has also a great hyper for DHC and better rushdowngame then trish?

Yea I planned on using dante’s AA assist, its pretty much the re-incarnation of captain commandos screen filling assist.
