The big guy didn’t get his ass whooped. Don’t know what those idiots in the vid were talking about.
The little guys attacks were doing little to no damage. Sure, the big guy wasn’t fighting back, but after 5 minutes of receiving wild punches and ridiculous kicks, he walked to his car and drove away with ease.
The old lady who got burned by the coffee actually had a legitimate case. McDonalds coffee used to be served 30-40 degrees hotter than coffee from an ordinary drip coffee maker. They made a change after that lawsuit.
I remember being pissy about it when I first heard the case. As Irony would have it, I dropped a cup of hot chocolate on my arm and leg the same day. I didn’t end up in the hospital with burns and stitches because I’m cool like that, but it did make me think,. “…Yeah. Money aside…clumsy or not…THAT FUCKING HURT!!!” It wasn’t until much later that the part about them having been warned repeatedly about the temp had been made public.
…Also: Hot coffee makes a good weapon against assholes who think they can fuck with you at the drive thru.

EDIT: although, thinking about it, I doubt it will get him anywhere. This is a country where a drunk driver could hit a pregnant woman on her way to the abortion clinic, cause her to lose her baby, and go to jail for murder for doing something that she was about to pay a doctor to do. Unfortunately in our “justice” system, people often have it both ways
