I’m waiting on a couple others, in fact I NEED THOSE!!! as I’m submitting an article to kiets for the front page and would like to have more photos to choose from.
I’ll also be linking to the videos from the main Bloody-Knuckles site. but I need to get caught up at work, I haven’t really done anything in the past couple weeks except B-K and ummmm I’m a bit behind on projects.
oh and slash, have you done input lag testing with your setup yet? everyone was complaining about lag, but the two asus screens that were up front are the 24" version of the evo spec lcds. I honestly didn’t get a chance to play a single game all day (which was kind of a drag) so I couldn’t say.
good shit to slash for redirecting this thread to something actually worth talking about. tired of the internet tomfoolery.
i needa step my art game up. i’m tryna contribute to bloody-knuckles 2!
favorite pieces for sure are jts’s guile sculpture, brent’s two and out, and masando’s piece of the future. but really, everything was dope. like i said, i needa step my art game up.
^the stream one (when the PS3 was hooked up) was exactly what they had the setups at NCR and I couldn’t discern a difference but there were 2-3 other setups that had a little lag…not that I’m complaining it was almost negligible but I definitely had to adjust a little but that wasn’t anything to fuss about.
Mad props again to this event I thought the art hallway exhibit was awesome and the open space and plenty of sitting room kept me cool and relaxed…It was a night to remember and to repeat (hopefully)
There are also some people who are moer sensitive to lag because they train on CRTs. Tanaka is usually a good person to ask whether or not a setup lags.
You were my PiC (Partner In Crime). No way anyone else could even come close to our hype, shit. People may have joined in on the $ we were betting, but not even close to how much emphasis we put on it.
I’d like to applaud Jared for being just hyped out of his gourd. Way too much fun to watch.
David, I thought you did an amazing job blending two great worlds together. It’s always saddened me that people get too stuck into the games themselves and don’t expand out to take more advantage of the social/community aspects. I felt that this event was one of the few that have transcended the insular boundaries people have let be in place, and I really appreciated that. Plus, you gave people a creative outlet! That’s superb.
