Iāve said this for years: Valley of Defilement is one of, if not the most, atmospheric and immersive environments in a Souls game. Hell, itās one of the most atmospheric levels Iāve ever seen in a game period, and itās by far my favorite setting in all of the Souls titles. Places like Tower of Latria and Anor Londo are close seconds. It also houses my second favorite Souls boss ever: Maiden Astraea. That entire area was both a physical and emotional toll, and I wouldnāt have it any other way. Ever since Demonās Souls Iāve hoped they would create an area just as dark and disgusting, but Blighttown and The Gutter are a poor manās version of the level at best.
Dark Souls 3 is my last hope. :#
So figured out why I couldnāt find that hunters gear. The Females gear is COMPLETELY different from the Males version the gear. I have that gear, itās one of my favorite in the game. Itās stats are great and it looks fucking awesome. Feel like a Belmont in that thing.
I should do a Richter build. Cain Whip and high Arcane. I donāt really like the Cain Whip much tho to be honest.
The toughest time I had with the cainhurst crow was with my arcane build character. After finding out the wooden shield is really effective against gun enemies I kinda wanna play through the main game again and try it out against him.

Been invading all day outside Vicar Amelia. This is the first time Iāve really messed with any of the invasion stuff. I think the last guy I invaded pulled the plug on his internet or shut off his console. After I killed his partner he bolted off and when I caught him he was just running into a wall until it said session lost.
