@Gasaraki it does sorta feel like a dmc boss , only difference being that this one is handing my ass to me.
I beat the first boss and the second boss both on my second try ( the sec boss without the music box - I don’t even know what it exactly does in order to make it easier )
I died like over 42 times in the first area, but I upgraded the vitality and weapon most of the time until I was lvl 19 + I bought 20 blood vials and molotov Cs to beat those 2 bosses. The beginning was kinda hard, but once I figured out the whole area and explored almost everything it wasn’t that difficult anymore.
I got 1 question. Since I have bought the digital download of Bloodborne from PSN store ( 27 GB ) I can’t get further anymore after boss 2 ( can’t open that gate with the Odem key after I beat the second boss until the game is fully installed it says )
Do I have to wait until all 27 GB are fully installed in order to continue from now on? Because it would take another whole day to download the rest of the game. I could only exploring the beginning area so far ( when 5 GB were installed / downloaded ) until boss 2.
I can’t dodge this bitch at all, feels like no matter where I am or where I try to dodge or roll she’ll nab me regardless.
Like, what do I even do when she does the double handed ground slam? my dodge can’t get out of it’s hit box and it shoots out a ground wave in front of it so I can’t even back step.
You need to be away from her to avoid it. When you see her starting it, if you’re all up in her shit, move back ASAP. At that point, just wait for the shockwave and dodge to the side.

No you can absolutely sidestep to either side of the wave, just remember that your invincibility is only at the start so time it just before it hits you. There is some leeway but just don’t do it too early. I THINK the hitbox of the wave is bigger around her fists so if you’re near her dodge diagonally forward. Not just left or right
I can’t seem to connect with anyone using the bell. My level 47 character was too high so I maybe a level 21 one and it still won’t work. I’ve tried local and worldwide and nothing has changed. Has anyone else had issues? Also, if anyone has a chalice dungeon around my level let me know. I want to see if that at least works.
I also can’t get anyone to help me, had my bell ringing for an hour while I browsed the internet and no one popped up.
I haven’t until today. I’ve been trying to connect with someone for quite a while in different places and it never works for me with him. I can connect with randoms with no password, but not him. I have been able to connect to others with a password, even someone in Norway, but this guy, who’s in Louisiana, I can’t connect with at all. Interestingly though, he said he’s never been able to do ANY multi-player, not just co-op
Someone on another forum, from Hawaii, hasn’t been able to do it at all either.
Both people said either their connection was just decent, so maybe that has something to do with it.
I definitely have seen more than one instance of this though, so it’s not just you.
It just isn’t working for me no matter how I time it.

Fuck this white wolf bitch.
I got her down to within an inch of her life and she heals like 30% of her health back because my natural reaction to bosses violently glowing whilst sitting in place is to run away because that’s usually some kind of big damage super attack.
Fucking nope, it’s just a ridiculous heal and by the time I hit her out of it she’d gotten a good chunk back and caught me with a three hit combo.
I’m so fucking salt right now.

Is the Flamesprayer worth upgrading and leveling Arcane for? If so, I’m considering doing a Strength/Arcane build that focuses on weapons like the Holy Blade and Kirkhammer while utilizing Fire-damage buffs and items.

The flamesprayer has been my trump card since I got it, I haven’t upgraded arcane or anything past the requirements for it though.
Use it on Amelia lol. It scales with Arcane, so you should probably level it.
Btw… Do those Werewolves revive after a while? I ran into one in that dark ass area before the lantern near the entrance to Old Yharnam, killed it, backed off because I didn’t know what to expect and I had a lot of Blood on me, then chilled at the Cathedral Ward for a bit. EVERYTHING in and around the area was dead still when I went back, so I thought I was safe and just ran into the area the Werewolf was in. I had left its body right in front of the steps, but I noticed it wasn’t there as I ran in. I slowly turn around and…

Aw man, you had me going for a second. That’s just the Beast Roar item, which is absolutely badass btw, but yeah it’s an unlimited use item that consumes bullets on use. This basically DOES have magic, they’re just items and consume ammo instead now
