Died to the father my first time fighting him only because I got caught on a tombstone. Wrecked his shit 2nd fight avoiding getting cornered by tombstones. Counters are OP and I can fuck any boss or strong enemy with them. Weird because alot of people seem to have trouble countering the bosses. Might something to do with stats. I only ever seem to die in this game if I dont watch my footing. I feel pretty confident in every situation until I ran jnto this asshole with the fucking minigun!
What the fuck? I havenāt ran into any guns that badass and I actually have high Bloodtinge stat. Trying to fight wolves and things while avoiding the crazy ass damage from him sitting on a damn building is straight bullshit. I learned that quickly and lure all this shit away clearing everything out before entering a new zone getting closer to him.
Main problem is I have no sense of direction ever since I left the main part of the village. Keep getting lost and shit is my problem more than death smh. Doesnt help that almost everything is the same shade of grey. I need a fucking map
Game is fun as hell but that might be because I have common sense and figured out I should lure enemies before I knew what that was called. Ran past bullshit situations into wider more managable areas. And fuck most bosses and anything else up the ass with bullets. Only lvl 23 with mostly shitty gear like the tophat and starter fucking pistol but hasnāt seem to be an issue so far because the gun hurts.
Now if only I can figured out which fucking way to go Iād be set.
Normal move set is a slashing rapier basically, stab, slash, stab, slash, then repeat. SO MUCH RANGE. Trick form essentially becomes a long range dagger. Itās shorter than normal but your swing speed goes up, and R2 is the gunshot. Gun damage is equivalent to Pistol, so decent.
I dig it.
@ExposedD Just so you know, you can actually stun shot vial usage. Timing is still kinda unknown, but itās definitely possible. Also, donāt know where to get em yet but there are items that prevent healing if you throw them at an enemy
Beat that bitch ass Cleric Beast. Downed Father Gascogehzjvsrh on my first try, too. Fucker was relentless toward the end, but the parries were too strong. Iāll upload the fight in a bit.
Well, I guess I donāt mean in that way but like, it FEELS like a boss Dante would fight. Like how arrogant the guy who teleports you to the Nightmare is, and like the way the boss attacks, and the speed of the game, all of it just feels very DMC in that moment
