In the area before, the one with the fountain and the big oaf slamming on the door, you can break some boxes blocking a hole in the fence (near the start of that area, where you can knock on the door). Dropping down will lead to a bunch of dogs. Kill them, then go straight (not right, as that leads to the aqueduct, more enemies and Father Gascoigne), turn left, go under the bridge, and you’ll end up at a door. Go inside, kill the dude, but don’t go up the stairs. Instead go back out the other door (it’s right in front of you). Go up, kill the other guy and you’ll end up unlocking a shortcut to the lamp. Now, go back in the house, up the stairs (killing stuff as you go), then out the door and you’re back in the bridge, except you’re now past the dogs. Just kill the big guy and the crows to your left and then head to the boss. Get yourself killed and you can now level up in the doll.
As anyone figured out some the blood retrieval works when you die? Sometimes the bloodpool will be at or near where you were killed and other times a near by enemy has your blood. How does one happen over the other?
It seems random to me. Sometimes the enemy that kills you absorbs it and gets them glowy eyes , sometimes the enemy who didn’t kill you (but was still within proximity) gets it,
and sometimes it just sits there on the ground.
I think it’s simply that if you die close to where an enemy would naturally spawn, if they come within range of it, they pick up. So it doesn’t matter what killed you.
As others have said, just avoid them. They are not easy to kill and are more like obstacles in the beginning of the game. I had a hard time killing them even when I revisited the area a bit later, especially because there are two. One alone is handle-able, just gotta dodge to it’s back, but two is a bit much for early game, so no shame in running.
Apparently someone had this happen to them when trying to fight Paarl also.
You don’t, you just record 15 minute chunks(Though you can change the size of those chunks in system settings) then manually edit them in either the “Capture Gallery” for basic trimming or the “Share Factory” app for more detailed edits. The latter is still pretty weak but better than nothing.
Yeah he is. He’s actually somewhat easy, just kind BS lol. Try to stay near his gross butt and side and make sure you only attack if there are no spiders around, but even when you do attack, just do it like twice and then dodge cause the spiders will divebomb you. He only does magic if you’re far away in his first phase, 2nd phase he’ll do magic that casts around him but it’s pretty inaccurate, and if you’re near him you can actually stun him out of it, even with Threaded Cane. 3rd phase is more of the same.
The small spiders isn’t a big deal as they have the same weakness as the main boss and they don’t respawn during a phrase. A whacks with Thor’s hammer is enough to kill them. In my last battle I found out you can still deal damage to it while it’s teleporting. I dropped his life by half on phrase one when I figure that out. I’ve yet to find a way to dodge his tracking butt missiles. That’s what does me in during the fight.
I think I’m going to keep doing these. I was thinking of maybe doing a PvE enemy guide too, but that’s a huge project so I don’t know if I will. i want to be seems daunting lol
Not sure bro, I haven’t actually seen that attack yet.
