Seriously, though. Renji has grown to be one of the coolest characters in the entire series, both in looks and persona. I genuinely hope he gets the proper buff he so desperately needs deserves.

Gotdamn, never thought I’d say this but we got more than enough Quincies with this arc. I mean we went from Ishida being the Highlander of the shit, to his father being introduced, to 50 other fuckers making their debut. Even Orihime’s Crush was made “honorary Quincy” from something involving his mom.

As someone who never watched Bleach past the filler where their swords came to life, I’ve got zero attachment to ‘Devilman’. In the book he came off as ‘just Emo’ or Sasuke w/o a sharrigan. He was nothing more than a plot device to me - without the theatrics of say Kenpachi.
