Renji doesn’t count as is one entity and Hisagi isn’t a dual weapon. Ikkaku either.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I’m counting Hisagi. In both hands, he has a handle and a blade/sickle thing. How is it not dual wielding?

Actually, his current clothes are his newest soul reaper outfit. The bankai version looks different (and even better). Is it me or does anyone else actually like and miss Ichigo’s Fullbring outfit? Imo, that shit is still cold to this day smh.

Hisagi doesn’t count because the two pieces are always connected. By that logic Ikkaku has 3 should be above everyone since he has 3 weapons.
Oh shit you are right, i actually never noticed that his regular shinigami clothes got upgraded along his new bankai clothes.
As for the Fullbring outfit, i am still wondering how his fullbring powers would fall under all this, since Kubo said that his current powers have been affected by them, but i am not seeing it outside the clothes:rofl:

Ichigo’s combined shikai kind of reminds me of Oko Yushima’s shikai. I was thinking earlier about what it reminded me of within Bleach and it soon came to me.
I’m guessing around the hands area, you can see like what’s left of his Fullbring form (just styled differently). Also, after reading about his Fullbring form, Ichigo might have the same strength like he did when he beat Aizen. It mentioned that in his Fullbring form, he had ENHANCED strength and speed smh.
I believe so.

As far as we’ve seen, Ukitaki’s Shikai is connected yet it still counts as dual wielding. If he’s able to unlink them, then his special ability to absorb and redirect energy blasts wouldn’t work.
Edit: I’m fine with being wrong. It seems I’m the only one seeing Hisagi’s weapon as dual wielding. But if Hisagi’s doesn’t count because both pieces are always connected, then Ukitaki’s shouldn’t as well.
Hisagi is a dual-wielder. Don’t try and get technical, people. By canon, Ukitake is a dual-wielder, thus so is Hisagi, as mentioned above.
Waiting to see Ichigo seal this thing. He probably won’t, but if his “I won’t ask for your help anymore” attitude has some lines to read between, perhaps he’s actually going to nut out some proper training and learn how to control his reiatsu.
It’s sort of like Jesus. It’s actually supposed to be Joshua, and J’s used to be Ys (hence Yeshua). I guess its partly to illustrate ‘age’.

And ya’ll can’t forget, this is on some power ranger shit, he ALSO still has the badge for using his Fullbring powers that allows him to pretty much do ‘stuff’. I fully expect him to put all three things together to form his ‘true’ weapon.
