Orihime doesn’t heal, she literally controls time. Uno ain’t fuckin’ with that.
Wait I thought ichigo died 3 or 4 times.I know uliquiorra killed him twice and didnt kenpachi also kill him?
Someone sum up The Damned’s posts, holy shit.
so bleach is hype now? might catch up…
sorry to inform you but hashtags dont work here
Its hype levels are peaks and valleys.
Correct.
But it does have limitations as seen in the manga.
Orihime wouldn’t be able to reject all things as shown with Yammy and Tsukishima.
Unlike Unohana who suffers the AoE acid effect of her Bankai but her Kaidou keeps her constanly restoring her to null the effect on her. I really doubt Orihime could be able to reject Minazuki if they would go HtH.
(…Except that Orihime’s abilities are supposedly controlled by her much she wants them to happen. That’s it. Which is why she never uses an attack that can theoretically cut through anything and sticks to healing that literally no one else can do. There’s a decent chance that she could bring back Yamamoto if she really wanted to/knew where he died, but that’s probably not going to come up.)
Yeah, Dragonboobs basically controls time and space, you know, reality itself. She’s basically the only person with a more broken Fullbring than Tsukishima, except hers makes more “sense” than his since hers is all encompassing (to all of reality) rather than being retroactively selective yet not affecting the past equally.
Unohana isn’t fucking with that, especially since she might be dead now just “so that Zaraki could become slightly better at smacking things”.
Sure, Unohana would probably beat the shit out of Orihime if they fought, like pretty much everyone else has (including the aforementioned Numb Chandelier), but that’s because Orihime most likely wouldn’t be fighting back, since she’s a pacifist. Otherwise this manga would have been over long ago already since she’d just go up to every enemy (that threatened her friends), including Aizen, and go like “I reject!”; said person gets erased from reality or cleanly cleaved in half like Numb Chandelier–The End.
Kenpachi killed him?
Oh, you mean back in Soul Society? It’s…debatable. I think Kenpachi “merely” put on him on the verge of death–Ichigo is there often, so it’s difficult to tell–so that he got a power-up from being able to hear Zangetsu better. Ironically, this is basically what Unohana just did for Kenpachi several times over, except in that instance, Kenpachi got to live despite Ichigo beating him.
Oh, stop acting like you have a life, “old man”.
TL;DR on that last post:
-
I thought people would be talking about being disturbed by cousin-incest despite it being really common in Japan and common in other places, like the U.S.; they weren’t.
-
Isshin or Masaki absorbing the reiastu of this thing is the theory I agree with the most due to how it looks like Ichigo’s mask. I just doubt Isshin will beat it on the first try.
-
Ryuuken is probably as bitter as he is in the modern day not because Isshin “stole” Masaki, but more because Masaki is dead since we’ve never seen him in flashbacks before her death until now. That and/or other things like his mother and/or wife probably dying since we’ve never seen them either; it “helps” that we know Mayuri basically tortured his father to death, so…
-
Severe wounds in Bleach are really inconsistent with how fatal they are. Reality Ensues, which I keep shilling, parodies this mercilessly with regards to Unohana’s recent possible death.
-
Orihime should have died or been de-powered a while ago, like during the Winter War with Aizen, if she’s never going to actually do anything but remove the possibility of drama (unless you’re Gin) when she’s around. That or Kubo should have just never made her so damn powerful to begin with.
There. Not getting any more concise.
That death was so stupid for the little time we saw her bankai. I’m still sore over it. As far as the big boobie’d healer, she’s terrible. She’s so good that she needs to disappear for any battle to mean something.
@The Damned
Indeed cousin incest relationships on japan are common? accepted, but i think that Ryuuken and Masaki are not really related, is not strange for the japanese culture for someone to reffer to a family acquaintance as an uncle/aunt/big sis/ big bro for the case of people major than them depending of their age, from what we know they could be more like 2 families that were close to each other due their common ground as quincies and not really related imo.
That’s just theory, not in practice.
I really doubt that she would be able to put much of an impact in a fight, considering that Tsubaki got crushed by unreleased Yammy and that was back when Ichigo didn’t even had control of his Vizard powers but still could cut through Yammy’s hierro.
I was a believer in Orihime as well. I thought that she would be able to confront Aizen and erase the Hogyouku to level the field back then but that’s just a pipe dream.
Orihime is just the equivalent of a FF1 Black Wizard using Rub spell on a high level monster. Result: It missed.
Because Ohirime isnt a fighter. Shes a pacifist and would rather everyone talk it out over tea.
Even if Orihime “Hulked Out” I don’t think her power would be enough.
We’ll see if that changes now that she is with Kisuke. (Also, Chad) [-O<
It’s especially like that with Filipinos. I have lots of uncles and aunts that aren’t related to me. XD
(I just realized part of what annoys me about Orihime still being alive is the “UST” thing between her and Ichigo and Uryuu. Stupid love triangles. Get the fuck out of my shonen.)
Please, Kisuke isn’t good at leveling up anyone but Ichigo and even that’s only because Ichigo was (possibly quite literally) born to get power-ups out the ass, even when he dies or loses (part of) his powers. Maybe he’ll make amends for getting her kidnapped in the first place, but neither Orihime nor Chad are going to ultimately do anything.
Uryuu maybe, but that’s only because he’s Quincy and even then he’s going to get bodied. He always does.
Basically, which is why I was saying that Kubo should have killed her off a while ago when he had the chance or at least de-powered her since Aizen himself was genuinely interested in her powers. Hell, he even complimented them by saying they “intrude upon God’s realm”. He really didn’t have a plan for her besides “lol, bait”?
Excuse me while I roll my eyes.
Yeah, “accepted” likely would have been a better word and it’s possible. It’s currently vague though, so I wouldn’t really be surprised since, as I meant and as you know, it isn’t taboo over there if they’re actually cousins.
Then again, Bach called Ichigo “my son” even though he’s obviously–?--not his father, so what you said is possibly furthered by it being a “Quincy” thing.
(Also, that “at symbol” function doesn’t work for me because I have a space in my name apparently. Not a loss really.)
As are most things in Bleach. Remember when Kubo said that Unohana would actually get to do something and finally show her Bankai? …Yeah, not so good in practice.
Let’s see the record straight: I’m not trying to say that Orihime will “level up” (to Lv. 5 with glowing chainsaws) and body anyone like…ever, partly because of the pacifism thing and partly because no one will ever get to beat a significant bad guy besides Ichigo and maybe Kenpachi, Kyoraku and a few other people.
I’m just saying that Kubo has said that she should be able to do all those busted things several times, so really it’s his fault for not doing it several times. Like you, I found the Hougyoku incident rather disappointing (but I’m working to fix that…).
Kubo should’ve went ahead with the OBVIOUS and likely original plan for her being captured.
Hougyoku is inactive. Orihime decides to reject it out of existence before Aizen is able to activate it. Instead, Aizen planned for that (of course) and stops her right when she gets to a point in the Hougyoku’s past where it WAS active. Tada, activated Hougyoku, actual reason for Aizen bringing her there, still the King of Keikaku. Thus he leaves her there instead of killing her as it would be a waste of her powers to just kill her off.
Done.
I disagree about Kisuke.
This is the same dude that gave Aizen some trouble (Condom Aizen/pre-mullet), is a better intellect than him and also bootlegs Royal Guards skills for his benefit.
I think he is the right person to level up both Chad and Orihime, unless my theory of him being evil/antagonist along with Ukitake comes to fruition.
Also, I disagree about Orihime. She obviously isn’t gonna die as she will end up with Ichigo and she will do something huge in the manga…probably after something happens to Uryuu as I believe just like you that he will die somewhere along the line thus “Hulking Out” both Ichigo and Orihime.
Question for you guys: Do you guys think that Ken stole Unohana’s sword after her defeat. I mean, Ken has stolen a sword before who now awoke to him but Unohana on a panel seems to enthrust the sword after dropping it.
You guys think Ken would now be a dual wielder or am I reading too much into it? It would make sense as he would use the sword in her honor just like Kaname did.
Still not convinced that Unohana is really dead. Logically speaking, wouldn’t they need her strength for their war against the Quincies along with powered up Kenpachi? Doesn’t seem any sense to have one of them die when they could have two “Kenpachis.” =P
You’re applying Logic to the Soul Society…and not just the Soul Society but involving Kenny.
Yeah…
THANIK YOU SIR!!! I knew I wasn’t the only one seeing that!!! He kinda stepped it up at the end, but for the most part he was one pathetic leader.
