Bleach Thread 5.0 - MANGA IS FINISHED! Announcement is a Bleach live action movie lmao

Well to be fair, Yamamoto was cut in half and then peaced out of existence, add his vice captain to the equation who died jobbing after a self choice jobber life

I honestly don’t consider it a big deal since he hasn’t done anything besides watch shit 80% of the series. Once he shows how broken he is, he gets peaced out like nothing.

What was a big deal are people who got so hyped by other captains and die with no real show of why they’re really a big deal. Or characters who could/did develop, then die, while other underdeveloped characters run amok just to be jobber status for another fight.

The only reason Yamamto died was becuase Kubo couldn’t figure out a way to make Juha look like such a threat. It was the easiest way out, and has allowed him to milk this to the end of time. This arc won’t end for 2-3 years.

So now I know how Uryu was born. Masaki left Ryuken for Isshin and then Uryu’s pop had angry sex with the maid.

Bleach also has a power balance issue.ichigo got bodied twice by grimmjow then he barely beat him in the third fight. And lets not forget how he pulled a random power up vs uliquiorra (sp)

Hinamori (purple hair chick?)gets stabbed in the chest but manages to live then she gets impaled by like 4 people and still live lol.ichigo keeps dying and coming back to thats another issue with bleach

Getting NTR’d makes any man bitter. Did you see how level headed Ryuken was in the flashback? Now compare him to how he is nowadays what with his stern look on his face 24/7. He must still be salty. XD

Yamamoto is a important character in ranking, but not in terms of development. A death from Ichigo’s clique would be more significant than his.

Bleach is getting interesting again.

Back on board, hi fellows.

Legend II here. :-h

Do you mean the death of one of the living humans who are ranked officer level or higher and already hang out with dead people. It’s possible for one of them to die and be back before the end of the chapter.

No one can die as long as Orihime is around

anyone else catch that the hollow thats about to attack isshin makes it rain everytime he attacks someone, when a while back we first saw hollow ichigo with zangetsu talking about how he hates the rain

What happens is the Hollow enters Isshins sperm and thats why Ichigo is a hollow.

I havent read bleach after the whole aizen defeat thing but is uryu and chad still useless characters? And is orihime still repeatedly saying “kurosaki-kun” every chapter?

#BringBackIchimaru

Yeah, Uryu and Chad are still useless even though Kubo tries to front about it every so often.

As for Orihime…she’d actually have to be in chapters to say it.

(I must admit, I had expected to come back here to see people squicked out by the cousin “incest” aspect between Ryuuken & Masaki even though it’s really common in Japan [and decently common in other places, like the U.S.]. I suppose I should haven’t expected that though since their marriage is forced and we know that Masaki gets with Ryuuken.

Speaking of admissions, Ryuuken’s mother and his maid are kinda attractive.)

I suspect something else might happen to make Ryuuken constantly “pissed off” in the modern day besides Masaki & Isshin eventually getting together. Hell, he might just be that way because Masaki died. After all, we’ve never seen Ryuuken before her death until now, have we? All of Uryu’s flashbacks were about his grandfather if I remember correctly.

As for why this thing looks like Ichigo’s mask, the “absorbed reiatsu” theory seems most likely, especially if Aizen is behind it. I highly doubt that Isshin is able to take this thing down the first time he encounters it though.

As for people not dying in Bleach…well, most of the cast is already dead, so it’s kinda redundant. Heh.

But, yeah, that Reality Ensues story I linked to a couple of weeks ago mercilessly parodies this in light of Unohana’s (possible & nonsensically unnecessary) death. Outside of being vaporized like Yamamoto (or many of his victims), otherwise having your whole body explode like Tousen or perhaps being decapitated like the poor bastards in this chapter, there’s very little that should kill people given all the crap others have lived through. Hell, both Ichigo and Yamamoto lived through being basically bisected, though only Yamamoto got bisected in actuality and these were both horizontal rather than vertical which is…uh, “harder” to live through I’d imagine–just ask Giriko. Also, it’s difficult to say if Yamamoto would have lived through that even if Bach hadn’t vaporized him almost immediately, though the answer is “probably”.

Doesn’t change the fact that Hinamori should be dead(er) half a dozen times over though, especially since, if you think about it, given when Aizen was implied to switch with her, she should have been affected by Soi Fon’s broken shikai. But, whatever. It’s Kubo after all.

Which is why Kubo should have killed off (or de-powered) Orihime like…a while ago. He could have easily did it during the end of the war with Aizen, especially since he (Kubo) had Aizen have Starrk kidnap her again for the lulz apparently. (Provided he [Aizen] didn’t, of course, know about Uliquorra’s Segunda Etapa, which is still debatable; don’t even start with Aizen memes.)

And I say this as someone who generally “likes” Orihime…or at least doesn’t dislike her as a character. She definitely has the most wasted potential of anyone in Bleach though, which is saying a lot. It’s quite nice (and increasingly rare) to see a character that’s actually a pacifist, especially since she’s basically almost an Actual Pacifist outside of killing Numb Chandelier forever ago. Considering how broken she could be, however, she just tends to look worse and worse by willingly standing on the sideline (or being forced to be rescued); of course, the one time she tried to do something, Urahara talked her out of it in a rare moment of stupidity–hell, her getting kidnapped in the first place is kinda his fault considering what he said to her.

Of course, Kubo could have solved this by just not making her stupidly godlike, but this is Kubo we’re talking about.

I bet next time she shows up again, someone from the Vandereich shows up to kidnap her ass since Bach implied he was interested in her.

(Also a wild guess: Chad gets his ass beaten. Again.)

Even if she weren’t around kubo would still pull some shit to revive someone.lets not forget what happened to byakuya

(But Byakuya never died. That’s kind of the point in talking inconsistency of the level of damage people can live through. Ichigo actually did die. Twice.)

Speaking of bisections (never thought I’d say that), I guess you can add Hiyori to the list. I kind of forgot about that since the English dub recently showed that part and the anime, of course, censored the hell out of it. Considering someone as seemingly weak as Hiyori lived through being bisected for a relatively long while…yeah.

(Also, what should have happened to Hitsugaya before Kubo “retconned” it next chapter to be an ice mirror…that somehow bled.)

Kubo isn’t consistency with what people can live through at all. If they’re named, then they’ll only die if he can milk the most drama out of it, whether or not it actually makes sense.

I can forgive the Hiyori mess now.

Makes sense considering what Unohana said about mastering her Kaidou because of the nature of her Bankai.

Seeing that, I can say that Unohana > Orihime in the healing dept.
