Probably because the small amount of good writing we’ve seen in this series has come from Aizen’s words or revolved directly around his shenanigans. Aizen is the one character this author has been able to write well consistently. He’s had 90% of the good quotes and has been the chief engineer of the best plot twists. Aizen’s fake death and reveal as the Big Bad still holds up as a solid piece of storytelling. He’s always been the one to expose the details of how things really work and more or less outlines the entire structure of the Bleach universe for the reader.
Like I’ve said before, this writer inadvertently made Aizen the morally justified hero of the comic, and that’s despite going out of his way to showcase his underhanded methods.
Do not underestimate my abilities. I’ll fucking have him peaced out by Lagoon Boy, don’t test me.

I lurk this thread, because you guys are usually on point enough that nothing I can contribute would be nearly as good as the one-liners, Rodimus breakdowns, and the Aizen worship that already gets dished on a regular basis… Although Zero Squad looks pretty cool and has more estrogen than I expected, so maybe we will get to see some broads that aren’t Youruichi or Soi Fon do some damage.

I guess technically none of the should look “cool” when you consider they’ve been removed from a world that is already removed from the living world for a minimum of 100 years for the newest member, everything about all of them (hair, clothing, language) should be completely outdated and old fashioned.

Ichigo, Rukia, Kon, the hyogyoku, The vaizards, Ichigo’s parents, the odd statement about his bankai, The fact that hes one of two people that Aizen seems to respect, The fact that he and not ichigo is the reason Aizen is in that underground jail, hes seen the freaking spirit king.
Kon btw is still not off of my spirit king radar, it’s too Dogma/God going to play skeeball for me to completely ignore.
