So how long do you think it would take for Ichigo to reform his Bankai, i have the feeling that it would be weakened for a time before reforging it into something broken again.
That or due the nature of his bankai, the process of reforging it would be different.
Well Shonen Boost + Kubo Tite’s fear of story progression mean we can be looking at maybe 3-6 MONTHS before he finally is restored to normal. And with him being pretty much onall the time, I’m sure hte process for him WILL be different.

I’m not even going to pay attention to his statement about the five of them being stronger than the 13 squads combined. Any statement about some number of guys being stronger than all of soul society has always been proven to be complete bullshit. Remember when Hitsu said ten Vasto Lords could body soul society, but then Ichigo casually soloed a few of them? (And Stark, Shark Face Woman, and Barragan all got bodied as well?)
This was probably the lamest way to introduce these characters. “Here they come now.” Ugh. Only one of them has been mentioned by name so far, and the hot chick is definitely Hikifune. Definitely maybe.
Even if we take what Captain Eye Patch says as true and assume the five Zero Squad members really are stronger than the combined forces of Soul Society, it really isn’t saying much, since Aizen is too. These guys are probably as strong as base Aizen before his butterfly metamorphosis. Aizen was planning to deal with these guys by powering up with the HoHo-Q and curb stomping them.
Maybe this will give this writer a chance to finally address why Aizen had double the spiritual pressure of a normal captain, since these guys probably do as well.
The King
I’m waiting to see if they will give up some info on what/who the “King” is. I keep remembering back to when Aizen referred to it as “that thing”, as if it was somehow something unnatural and disgusting. Urahara didn’t correct him when he said that either. He just said that the King was the lynchpin holding Soul Society together and that everything would crumble if he/it was removed.

This claim, while possibly still not true, may not be completely off base. Remember that the military power of SS is essentially only about 15 people, and everyone else is fodder.
Yamamoto himself was actually stronger than the entire rest of the Gotei 13 when he went all out.
And without Yamamoto Aizen is actually stronger than the gotei 13.
So saying that 5 people combined are strong enough to beat all of the captain isn’t that crazy since two captains are already that strong and these 5 got promoted.
Also I my guess would be that if one of the two women was from the science division it would be the big one, judging by Soi Fon and Yoruichi the other one gives off more of a 2nd division vibe. Although I can’t remember if the 12th division was still the science division before Urahara took over.
If that happens to Aizen, I’m making sure Kaldur goes down hard.
