I don’t think so, but what information would you want from one that you can’t get from here, Dustloop or Zetaboards?
The chances of a “mainstream” strategy guide printing frame data and stuff would be very slim, and again, you can just find that online.
i know just helps me better when i am practicing like i do with kof 12
Alright, that’s good to know. Thanks. When I was playing it I was using Rachel and Jin, and I was able to pick up on some basic combos relatively quickly.
Who has the best Oki game? Rachel?
V13, Rachel, Arakune when he has you cursed
They knock you down and do the same thing, regardless of which way you tech. if you tech at all
Hi all.
(yeah I’m new here :P) .I’ve been looking all over the net for the
Blazblue Hakumen Crest
You know… the emblem each characters has on the game?I’ve been able to find the image on both the jp site of BB and dustloop, etc… but it is so small 300x300 that I can’t even get to vectorize it correctly.
If any one knows where I can get a bigger sized img of the crest please let me know,I really need this to get the tatoo going.Best regards
Cheers \m/
Can somebody please help me with registrating at Dustloop?
Everytime I try I get a Error Message
Please PM me if anyone is willing to help me registrating there.
I’d like you to PM “Gwyrgyn Blood” and tell him my desired Username and email so he can send the Password to me ^^
Thanks in advance
Litchi is suppose to have a wicked Oki game, especially in the corner she’s got a couple of unblockables at higher levels of play.
Just watch the DVD on her.
I tried searching for this but it won’t load when I try to search “Tier Lists”. Anyways, I’m not actually asking about Tier Lists. I was wondering if the matchups in this game were like the matchups in SF4; as in, does every character have the possibility of winning against another?
In 3rd strike, Chun vs. Alex is like…8-2 Chun. Is there any of this nonsense in BB? Or are the matchups not too crazy lopsided?
Rachel and Litchi.
The only lopsided matchups are ones that involve the top 3 vs Tager.
Like the post above says, only if you’re Tager. I want to reach over and smack Nu players right upside the head.
@Kro & Hawk:
Now, is the matchup with Tager against Top 3 difficult because of his move set properties being bad vs. theirs in general, or is it strictly because of his lack of mobility?
Isn’t that what a matchup is? Tager got no tools (whether they be moves or mobility) to deal with the tools that they have.
I have a noob question. I’m using the SFIV standard stick. Does it matter if I set the stick selector to LS instead of DP? Is either setting more accurate or better?
I don’t know if it matters, but if it does, DP is always better because it’s digital and fighting games work on digital controls.
I’ll definitely use DP then. Thanks!
Is the Instant Block mechanic the same as 3rd Strikes’ parry mechanic with the exception that specials that are instant blocked still chip but give frame advantage?
Short answer: yes.
Long answer: yes, the frame advantage is really good, and the timing window for an IB is much wider than a parry.
So basically:
Also, let’s say Jin does that big Iceblade attack (I believe it goes for 3 hits). If you press Back to instant block the first hit, do you also have to press back for the 2 following hits as well? Or can you just hold back after 1st hit and all subsequent hits are covered?
I’ve been reading about BB but I don’t have the game yet. Kinda just want to get a rough sketch of the deeper mechanics since I don’t have the option of playing it yet. Thanks for the help.
