Whats the best way to play the import with your normal account or Japanese account and with the import when ya get a Us version do the trophys and game save progress usually work for it… or is it a fresh start meaning 2 BBCP sets of trophys and saves and dlcs
You get the game, play it on your US account, and when they release the game in the West your trophy list will be automatically changed to English. You only need a JP PSN-account so you can get the game digitally (I bought a physical copy :^) and download Terumi, Kokonoe and system voice/color/other DLCs.
Edit: Just make sure after downloading DLCs with the JP account that you never erase the JP account, otherwise the stuff you bought with it won’t work anymore.
Ok thats what i did, a disc and then some psn points… tinkered with it yesterday a bit, since im in hawaii a disc from play asia from hongkong takes about 5 days economy, i rather own the disc, thanks for the intel. Now to see if the jap disc has english subs. i doubt it, if anyone knows holler yes or no.
P.S. is there a trick to the double 360 motion for this game, i been playing in arcades since the late 80z, i swear im doing a double 360 argggggg. i mean something as simple as 2 circles with a stick should just happen…
You don’t have to start from a particular direction, but it’s best to buffer 720s in during the recovery of another action. The most risk-free way is to buffer during barrier block, which you can initiate at any time.
360s are just 360s as you know; I would just suggest making sure you’re hitting all the cardinal directions and ending on the 270 input properly. Octogates and rubber sticks need that extra nudge, I find, to get to cardinal inputs even though they feel accurate (especially during a spin motion).
Meh, I don’t really care to have the game ported to the XBone, personally. The people missing out on stuff brought it upon themselves by buying that piece of shit console and supporting anything to do with it, so I feel no pity on XB1 owners that went and dropped the money for it. Though, I wouldn’t be opposed to a 360 port. As long as the PS3 port stays the tourney standard.
Why should the PS3 port remain the tourney standard? It apparently has all sorts of fun slowdown issues.
Not that it matters either way, since a 500 person petition with bad English isn’t going to even -register- with Arc Sys, so whatever. Just let it go.
Also, Rayplay, both you and your opponent should be embarassed. He gave you that match on a platter like 5 times, and you kept giving it back only for him to say “No no, it’s okay if you win.”
I haven’t noticed any sort of slowdown issue whatsoever, to be perfectly frank. And it should be the tourney standard either way because the PS3 versions of literally every other non-Capcom fighter (the NRS ones, the ArcSys ones, the Bamco ones, KOF) that has a PS3 version is the tourney-standard. The only reason the Capcom games use the 360 version is because they apparently did a bad job porting MVC3/UMVC3 to PS3 so there’s random slow down and a 1-frame difference on things. I don’t even know if there’s anything wrong with the PS3 versions of AE and SFxT, but they seemed to follow suit and use the 360 versions just because.
