Why is Nu not so dominant anymore

I’m asking what was changed about her that made her not so dominant anymore. Or was it just that they buffed everyone else to be on her level?
Yeah, the R-1 that’s been using Izayoi and Jin is either Buppa or Yutta, I believe. I remember something about “Yutta vs The World” and one of the matches was “vs The Real R-1 (Noel)”. I think R-1 goes by the tag…Shiro or Shino-something now.
She lost Combo routes, Damage, Hard Knockdowns, Act Parsers are weaker and yes, everyone else got buffed.
That and the system changes don’t favor her - part of why Nu was idiotic in CT was the stupid arsed guard libra system. The other half was her damage being dumb compared to the rest of the cast.
My new year resolution is to participate in fighting game tournaments. Does anyone know when is the next BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma tournament coming up? I live in Japan by the way.
I saw a Valky do 2.7k off of a 6B starter in the corner today. I laughed pretty hard actually.
If anyone see’s a Valky player hit 4k without OD let me know, since I have yet to witness such a monumental event.
Well, at least my sub seems to be doing pretty well (Litchi). Less meter for corner oki but she seems to be doing fine, right now it looks like she’s doing a bit less damage in the corner as well.

I remember seeing that when it first got put up, pretty sweet. Though it always seems semi-lacking in the amount of Noel players for these things, sadly.

A+: Mu, Azrael, Valkenhayn, Relius
A: Ragna, Carl, Arakune, Rachel, Tsubaki, Bang, Platinum, Nu
B: Izayoi, Noel, Bullet, Tager, Amane, Makoto
Obviously this is extremely pre-mature, but it’s a nice little first impression.
Thoughts:
-Valky being in A+ tier is extremely surprising. Makes me want his final changelog even more.
-Carl being in A tier is a surprise, I figured he’d be A+/S.
-Tao, Haz, Haku, and Jin (kinda) were pretty obvious as some of the best characters in CP.
-Litchi in S tier? Surprised me immensely. She’s looking solid, but I never expected her to be that high.
-I would have thought that Rachel and Bang (maybe) would be in A+ tier.
-Poor Amane.
I’m probably alone, but not buying it. To me there seems too many Bullet’s for her to be low, I’ve heard a lot say Relius is still meh, and the Noel discussion on the Dustloop boards (as well as my own personal bias from player her for over 4 years) really surprises me she’d be considered low tier. I just don’t see it.
