In that kuma vs gouken video I think that c.hp he did when the gouken jumped in the corner could be an OS or at least work as one. If kuma had wanted to cancel that short into scissors and after doing the scissors motion just pressed c.hp right away then c.hp would come out.

De mavrick was really jumpy and liked to jump in, you should have taken advantage of that habit and punished with ex pc or normal Pc, focus attack, or keep him out with 1 of Bisons neutral jump attacks fierce punch or medium kick, or hell attack him. Not to mention he likes to breath a bit and then go back in an start an offense, no offense but he wasn’t a quick thinker offensively should of stayed on him (like you did in the 1st round) so he couldn’t think of anything but trying to get away.
If anything stay grounded you catz are jumpy and try to hold your ground mid screen instead of at the corners of the screen.
well I kind of know but too afraid to do so since he have better combo ability, as u can see, 2nd game I miss lot of sht, and 3rd I miss like 3/4 chance to punish big combo, which I miss and cost me the game, last PP should hit but I was playing rufus last game so timing was not back to bison setting, since bison is flowing, PP should wait but not until bison hit GDLK j.HK.

is very hard to adjust style toward character, since player style is accounted too, so same character difference style will make whole plan fked if not foreseeing the weak spot for such style was implanted.
I still can’t do cross over 6 hit,and c.MP c.MK is too risky since shoto l.SRK reverse is present, I just can’t look through block string to determent when and where, either predicted too deep (EX: look at a scrub think it was god, and look real god was scrub) too shallow (na come on, he can’t EX me SRK 3rd times after whiff 2 times in the row and get punish, this time must be grab…SURE YOU KEN*blast)
He could not of punish me for me jump in, when he’s knocked down if bison jumps in deep with FP you cant punish with bison no matter what, Unless i dont block or the Character i am fighting has a first frame hiting super like guile flash kick super or ken’s of course. Plus i was trying out a new stick and buttons that i just put in and it was not working just right. I was not able to LK or plam flash combo at all. also for me not being a quick thinker i was just playing not really trying to make a combo video. yeah EX PC is best for anything mid/long range, sometime I eat/trade L.SRK with shoto in close but damage is my side if trade they get more, and if they use H.SRK they may take full damage…

Thats the thing you jumped in when you didn’t get a knock down also, and you kept neutral jumping maybe to bait a lk sk and punish but after the 1st failed attempt there should of been a punish imo, and my bad didn’t know you where on a new stick.
When I say stay on him, Im not talking bout middles pressure with Sk, what you say here is ture, but you can bait it out and punish it, and not to mention a blocked Ex Pc is ultra punishable. Sorry if I offended you also in anyway in my last post.

No i did not change i play on a TE stick but, im left handed so i play with the stick slanted and, lately it’s been a problem like when i tried to UL2 you and a warp came out, So i got a new joystick and buttons and, was trying to break them in.
You did not offened me in any way on the contrary i love when i get some input on play style but, if you play the was you say you do. I cant see it working in real life. When your watching a video its easy to say do this and, that which i was but, i just was not coming out at all. but when your playing it is diff
EX PC in close range is very hard to punish, that is why when I saw him have meter I stay away from him…and punish his ex PC with mine.
when bison have EX meter, I try to get mid range and stay there, since people don’t have GDLK reflexes, close range can use as string breaker, I use it against guile most of time, in close.
sadly PC can’t use for close anti air, kick will knock it, that is why when he neutral jump I not dare to PC it, and EX PC on neutral jump is not worth it since you might miss all or hit only 1, or worse case, get kicked and waste a EX, but is good for mid anti air.
I am still try to do auto correct normal PC, it is very good for cross over jump shoto, I pull it out sometime, but not all the time…

a week ago, i was number 14 in the world. as of sunday night (korea time) i was number 8! number 4 in asia too lol. there’s a few bisons better than me that i’ve played here but they don’t have as much BP as me hahaha
and one dude has like 15,000 BP and only 2200 PP. i was thinking he sucked balls but he prolly started using a secondary character i guess. LOD 38 was korea’s best bison according to “laugh” but imo he plays a little too defensively and he runs away from me in endless battles and i’ve never even seen him in ranked. acqua di gio is i believe korean and i dunno why but he’s really not that good. at least the last time i played him about a month ago. a month later, and he’s the highest bison in asia??? like wtf lol with the highest PP too i think i’m not sure. it’s kinda random
imo east coast has the best ssf4 bisons that i’ve seen. but it’s too hard to really tell by just watching vids cuz you don’t have a mutual sparring partner etc.

If I’m not mistaken, they have a very active local scene over there, so they can play offline a lot. Which is always better: getting used to offline timings, and playing in front of noisy people 
About option selects, there was a thread about them in SSF4 general. Just think of them as another tool for some characters, shutting down opponent options. Bison has some, though not as useful as shoto’s by far.
About frame traps, Bison has excellent frame traps. There is a thread about them.

also as chess player myself, sparring partner is bad thing, because you will get used to him after FEW game if you were in that level, world classic masters on chess don’t sparring each other that often, they play with lot of different people, if they are really good, they will have no problem to show their video out, make people study his move and etc. since most of his experience is combine from old traditional moves, just little spice up will change the whole game.
that spice up is what I am looking for, and is what those GDLK player on all major sport/gaming is doing, there is very few game/sport now on world that NO ONE is playing and you get NO ONE to learn from, my personal favroite is roger federer,michael schumaker, those who want win so bad and spend so much energy on their job and enjoy it…
and that is a lot of good player play outside in front of people, not on home with xbl I think, environment and many other factor will influence the game, and if they getting used to it, they can be mentally better than us…
