hmmmm i usually do the standing fierce into jab psycho crusher crossup… but which is stronger??? i didn’t even know about crouching MP until i started checking out these bison forums cuz i’m at a fucking shitty teacher conference and luckily i have my laptop! wooooo
j.mp to stand fierce > lp PC works just as well, for more damage i think, but its gimmicky. Although i will abuse it if they continue to block wrong.
I think any condition that you can fulfill that you use a normal that can reset them and you cancel into Psycho Crusher is a candidate for the cross up Psycho Crusher setup.

Not true! I play Dictator exclusivley (since im on pad) on Xbox live. I started playing rank matches a couple of weeks ago and at about 8000BP/5000PP
I saw another dictator with around 8500 and we played in endless but that was it.
Tyr not to judge people based off how high or low the’re bp are. I’ve played people who are 0-1000 bp that played better than some 10,000 bp players. Me being at 0 for like the first 3 weeks ater the game came out i can account for that. PP (player points) actually tell you more about a players consistency than BP does
Its not worth trying to escape Ryu when he jumps at you on wakeup. Just block and walk back as much as you can. Create enough space so that if he walks foward and try’s to jump at you you can ST RH or if he directly jumps crouching fierce (It will trade most of the time but you will at least be out of the situation to do whatever you want afterwards)
If you have experience in the matchup you will always know when Ryu’s are gonna grab or try a counterhit cr. strong! When you have the lead its exteremely hard for Ryu to get in on a patient Dictator and will be resorted to jumping at you which you will always look for
Not alot of people know about me (outside players I play on xbox live) and og’s since i come on character forums once in a blue and i dont enter as many tournaments as i should. Which will change soon but i have alot of personal things to deal with is why i dont go. I dont care about “Best Bison” because everyone has theyre opinions and actually players in this community base EVERYTHING on tournament which is nothing wrong with that but you have to look outside the box a little. Although I find it hilarious at times I know what it is lol
Im still trying to go to Evo so i would love to see these othder “Top” Dictators and talk it down on matchups. I am consistent in ever matchup with the exception of Guile which is my hardest matchup now (6.5-3.5) Kevin Landon is the hardest peron for me to beat consistently at this time since he mains guile and is very good with him but I will figure it out soon!

Anyways I have been trying to work on being more confident in mirror matches, and honestly its starting to come together. I mean when I look at my ranked character win % Bison is at the bottom at 10% win rate : (

and ya, big time on the BP skill. when i was 4000 BP, i would trade games with the 10K characters found around the asian xbox scene. and now that i’m at 14000BP, dude, fuck. last night. i played a chun with 6000BP and 4400PP. i KNEW this fucker was gonna be good. i was on a roll too, 5180PP and 14500BP and the first two games were close. i almost won the first one and easily won the second one. and then the dude beats me 20-3 haha. and holy fuck. he got up to 5300PP and i went down to 4400 PP
that guy was HELLA fucking good. best chun i’ve ever played. so i totally know not to judge people by their BP. fuck, you don’t even know if they lost with their main guy and that’s the reason why their PP sucks so bad. but whatever, once everyone is in the A rank, you’ll see their true skills. a B rank character with 4000BP is obviously below the average lol.
so guile’s your worst matchup? i should post some vids of me playing guile’s. at worst, i’m trading with them. i either got the matchup figured out more or the dude’s im playing suck donkey balls. but i seem to be able to beat guiles if their PP isn’t over 4000. i know i’m a lot higher but guile has a huge advantage over bison anyway. also, i haven’t played any guiles as good as me anyway, he’s not that popular a character. i’m sure if i played someone really good, i’d get royally raped but i think bison’s tools got a bit better. my advice, throw a HK when you think they’ll sonic boom. and don’t be afraid to jump. either attack EARLY if you think they’ll air throw, or fuck up their crouching fierce range by mixing up jumping fierce and roundhouse. that’s the two things i did that really changed my game up. and corner them at all cost. when you’re both in the corner, that’s when you’re more likely to fall victim to his bullshit shenanigans.
personally, i found that ken is the new matchup that i have the hardest time with. his EX air hurricane kick can change his air trajectory and it’s hard enough to standing roundhouse shotos anyway. kara throw is DEADLY. oh, and honda. wasn’t honda supposed to lose to bison in vanilla? but now it’s hard as fuck to beat that guy. i lose more often to lower PP dudes with honda than guiles.
i second that, i hate the ehonda matchup, why does he have to hit so fkn hard. Annoying ass character. I feel like i lose this due to impatience most of the time.
