meh i dont mind scrolling through, its nice to keep people on srk, plus someone can eventually make faqs. Either way its ur time. Not a bad idea cause it will get more people (maybe) into the game.
Having a big thread on SRK might spark peoples intrest though rather then having a random forum of it. Like i said i dont know im just stating the possibilities. Its all about teh hype.
If nobody uses it, nobody uses it. I just find big threads completely unwieldy, because I refuse to read through 50 pages of people quoting each other and people and sending a shoutout to their friend Jim who posts on SRK once every year instead of sending him a PM. The forum will be set up for anybody who would like the option.
To be honest, I think I just wanted an excuse to buy bigbangbeats.com, because it’s hilarious. I was already buying my GF a domain for her portfolio. If everybody just ends up posting in this thread or using the wiki, I won’t care in the least.

Other silly notes- Senna’s 63214D is jump-cancellable. I am 90% sure it’s a glitch though, because a) you can jump cancel it on WHIFF, and b) but only from a certain distance. Just hold up while doing the super.

I just beat her in a match that was down to the wire, she let loose one of those delayed slash specials and I punished her with with Rouga’s haymaker super…she died first…but then the delayed slash activated while the screen was turning white and Rouga died too…then Senna gets the fucking win screen! WTF!? Probably an obvious mistake and I’m sure they’ll catch it before release.
Otherwise, Senna’s so good she wins even when she loses…

Another question: Rouga’s Enhance increases attack power? By how much? Is there a limit? How about Sword Akiha’s Enhance?
I think the most you can boost Rouga’s attack power is 3 times, same with Senna. Though when you enchant with Senna, she heals instead of boosting her power.

You can only Enhance 3 times… dunno if that’ll change.
I posted comparisons of powered-up/unpowered-up damage earlier. I’m too lazy to put it through a calculator, though that’d be hella easy, but eyeballing it, it looks like it’s 5% damage increase per Enhance.

I used an hour of time, Photoshop, A digital camera/recorder with a stand (finally got one), and Freeware video editing software.
Btw if ur combos involve more then 4 bars its not neccessarily the most pratical. I played some matches today and these wee the most successful combos i was able to pull off. Manly cause they dont use much bar/meter.
For the past day I’ve been trying to put together a video which showcases the Senna combos that have been posted. :wgrin: Yours are probably the best/most practical so far.
I’m liking this. No more sitting around waiting for someone like CAPCOM to announce something. This is fulfilling my 2D Fighter needs

Well… there are way better combos than those that use the same/less bars for more damage. Whatever to 214C XX super pretty much sucks. Rekkas in general suck if you’re not going to a) do 41236C XX 214D in the corner or b) boost into a longer combo or end with 5ABC 623C. In fact, ending with whatever to 623C is preferable in terms of damage and screen position, except maybe the first combo you land 'cuz that can give you space to power up.
In terms of OTGs, there’s really no reason to do 214A 214B to end OTG combos, 'cuz 623C uses similar amounts of special bar but also takes them to the corner… AND does more damage.
I can do ~3000 off a throw for one bar in the corner, which is more damage than almost anything in that vid with similar meter costs (actually does about the same as the multi-super corner combo in the vid). I’ve actually posted this combo already.
So yeah… not hating, glad you’re posting vids and getting hype, but there’s way better stuff already. Feel free to take the ideas here, mess with them and create your own variations and record them though! Good to see people hyping the game already!
I only go up to about 4 bars for my most “extreme” combos in matches and if I do that, the other guy is going to be hurting very badly when I’m done… like 6-8k life gone hurting D:

This game comes out on 5/26? I’m sold, simply because I love the way the green boxer guy looks when playing. Does any one know where it will be sold from? Playasia or something? Just curious.
