Better call Saul! premiere Feb 8

If we were talking about the dude that walt lit his car on fire showing up in the episode where saul and kim scammed him into the expensive tequila, then that’d be one thing. But Francesca was a recurring character for multiple seasons, I’d expect her to be more recognizable

Tonight’s episode was the best of the season so far and one of the strongest of the series.

“Chicken Brothers? More like the butt brothers”

So Gus on that “die slow” Hit-Em-Up ish with Hector huh? I wonder if he actually planned for the dude to stroke out.

This show just solidified my obsession with Mike’s story more than Saul’s.

I just feel the tete-a-tete between Jimmy and Chuck is not up to snuff with what happens between Mike, Gus, and that entire BB world.

I’m suspecting Hector’s stroke is just a lucky break for Gus to pretty much monopolize Albuquerque. Not really sure how you plan on someone having a stroke. lol

Feed them fried chicken and stress them out? Its all part of the plan

Hector doesn’t strike me as a man that likes fried chicken very much, especially chicken from Butt Brothers.

I’m not saying Gus Crisco x heroine injections between Hector’s toes while he sleeps, just that he’s trying to drive him into a corner until he cracks. That way his downfall is only on him and Gus just keeps looking like a hard working, docile earner.

What interests me is that… uh, I thought Hector and whatever his name was, Don?, were related by being Salamancas, which is why Hector got so angry when Gus told him that he had killed Don. However, the opening seemed to imply that Hector isn’t really fond of Don.

Im sure he was angry that he went against the cartel, but Gus also told him that his last nephew died in the attack, ending his blood line, which was the bigger blow

I always figured Don was his nephew, but I guess that wasn’t the case. I don’t even remember if Hector’s last nephew was even anyone important aside in name only.

Nah, he was just one of the random henchmen killed defending it. He told him it was Jesse who shot him, so presumably it was the dude at the end jesse killed, but he could have just been fucking with hector

LOL just FYI, his name is not “Don”, that is just a term for basically saying “Mister” in a very respectful way in spanish, typically given to men who are highly respected in general, kind of like cartel kingpins :). Don Eladio I believe is what they call him. Typically they say Don then the first name not the last name. So his name is Eladio.

I figured he knew that because Iladio calls Hector “Don Hector” at one point in their conversation.

I’m honestly surprised there are still Americans who don’t know what “Don” means.

I didn’t know what his name was, so I just called him Don. lol

Haha yeah I figured and while I was reading it I just found it funny.

For everyone that despises Chuck, tonight’s episode was just desserts served cold.

Incredible episode and it all took place over one room.

These last two episodes have been terrific.
