Goddamn, Mike with the Big Boss CQC!
Incredible episode. The way Bob Odenkirk portrayed Jimmy in this episode was incredible. His anger and utter devastation when Hamlin didn’t accept him to his reaction to finding out that his own brother told the firm not to hire him because he thinks he’s a fraudulent lawyer. 10/10
DAT PLOT TWIST
Jesus Christ I feel so bad for Jimmy. He may end up becoming a pretty big crook later in his life, but right now you can’t help but feel sympathy for him.
Nacho dealing outside his crew has already answered our question of “Where was he in Breaking Bad?”. lol~
I think BB characters should only be used within reason as they have done so far. Having Gus back outside of a quick reference to Los Pollos Hermanos or Mike mentioning “he knows a guy” would be too much of a stretch. Id like to see some of the minor characters like badger or that methed out hooker somewhere in the scenery though.
Also, nobody booked Trevor from GTAV as the Goon who Mike rekt?
edit: NVM someone did… so far hes been on Broad City and Better Call Saul. Heres hoping we see him in more stuff.
Apparently, Giancarlo Esposito told Vince Gilligan
So I’d assume he’ll be back for something; maybe not tied with Saul but with Mike for sure
I wouldn’t mind seeing Esposito come back as Gus since he did an incredible job as the character, but maybe a few appearances at most; Gus doesn’t need to be a main or recurring character since his whole role in Breaking Bad had a lot more weight than his role in Better Call Saul would.
I’m gonna customize Trevor in that outfit if possible
ive watched too many gta 5 docs not to have noticed trevor lol, defo the highlight of the episode, ole Chuck turning out to beingan ego maniac was some cold shit.
Yeah Chuck’s a bitch nigga… and to think I had sympathy for that dude and his “issue”.
I hope Jimmy’s “Slipping Jimmy” episode doesn’t last too long.

One of my favorite scenes of the series.
[/quote]here are a few screencaps of my favorite parts of the series
Didn’t look at avatar, immediately realized it was Shaft Agent after clicking the spoiler…
That scene with Saul and Chuck was soul wrenching. It wasn’t until I saw Saul slumped in the sofa that it all started to make sense that Chuck was behind everything.
At first I thought Chuck’s cellphone scene was him calling Kim to pre-broker a good deal with Hamlin, so Hamlin could create a convincingly agreeable façade once everything goes down. Then I remembered how little Chuck tried to defend his brother at the meeting and realized something was up. Such treachery by Chuck, no wonder Saul changed his name.
Mike continues to prove why he’s my favorite character in the Breaking Bad universe. That scene was all kinds of dope, and the intelligence behind his actions makes him all the more likable.
I’m starting to see why Nacho wasn’t in Breaking Bad. Dude’s fucking up big time. The sad part is, Tuco actually respects the dude, so he’s going to take it VERY personally.
Well now that people have seen Chuck out and about, also given that hes gave away his true feelings I wonder if hes gonna become something of a primary antagonist.
Maybe that’s why Tuco starts using drugs more frequently and becomes even more unstable. Because I feel as though Tuco in Breaking Bad wouldn’t have been as merciful to Jimmy and to the two skaters as the Tuco in BCS.
Hamlin is such a douchebag with that knitted tie. Goddamn.
Honestly, the worst part is Hamlin isn’t even really that bad a guy most likely; Sauls hated him for all this time when really he was just helping Chuck out by taking all the heat, and he did so silent and willingly for a friend.
Hamlin just comes across as a typical CEO type businessman: cut throat and opportunistic, but doesn’t make things personal or get his emotions involved.
