I kind of wanted the Marvel Super Heroes Arcade1Up machine, but I also don’t know where I’d find room for that thing. I already have my custom cabinet that I barely use these days, so not much point in getting another one.

Random observation: why is laugh going back and deleting the contents of his old posts? The forum is flagging the threads as being “updated”.

I don’t even know. The guy haven’t been on the forums forever.
Back on the old forum software, only Admins and mods could delete a post and they rarely do so.

Much of that cost is the plastic mold tooling.
My HyperX ChargePlay Clutch arrived today.
So very pleased that I took the plunge and made the purchase 
Fits the New 3DS just okay, it’s a little loose, a small patch of 1 ~ 1.5 mm foam padding between the 3DS and the Clutch tightens it right up tho. Other than that, feel in hand is great, and if I get one of those Nintendo port to USB cables I can charge it too.
What really takes the cake is the fit on the DS Lite, being a little thicker than the New 3DS it slots in FLUSH, all the ports are positioned just so, and they line up with the Clutch’s access holes as if it was designed for the DS from the factory!
Even those Nintendo gyro games like WarioWare Twisted work!

Don’t have 3DS or DS Lite to USB cables yet, tried the HyperX Clutch’s battery pack out on my phone.
Used my work phone as the guinea pig, not gonna mess up my actual phone, took an idle Samsung Note 10+ from 30% to 95%, and then was tapped out.
Not great but more than enough juice for Nintendo handheld batteries

So allegedly that proxy shopper I found ( White Rabbit ) received my Sega Astro City Arcade Stick, and is now shipping it to me.
Hopefully it’s for real, and hopefully it gets to me before my Saint Patrick’s day 2021

My clear black/smoke Saturn shell arrived from Australia. The eBay seller name is hdzoneau
Best part is that they actually apply white logo water slide decals. Muramasa and GameTechUS do not on their units. Definitely makes things look better IMO.
I just wish they didn’t cheap out on this colorway and made color-matched buttons and cart slot door like on the other translucent shells they have made. I have an extra black button set from a junked SEGA Sports DC. I might spray those with matte clearcoat and swap for the shells to match.

I think in either that thread or one of the related ones they mentioned that their first suspicion that something was up was that they noticed difference performances within the game depending on summer vs. winter.
