So I’m not 100% sure but I believe this website shows a ranking in order of Dan rank of each character down to a certain level. So if that’s correct it means it might give you a who’s who of each character, except for people who don’t participate in the Dan battles.
So why are there so few Makotos compared to the rest of the strong characters? She seems very underrepresented even though the well-known names make her look very strong.

Reason: other makoto players play a rock paper scissors guessing game too much and that doesn’t really work vs big boys = stuck in 8-9 Dan forever.
