I was going to try to answer this but it would have to be with too much speculation. for example there are so many strong kens and so many b-class Dudley’s that it would be hard to rank them properly.
This should give you a general idea of who is strong or worth watching with a character. this is also not definitive ranking as I’m certain some players with their main or alt would place higher or lower due to participation and such.
Euro players:
Gunfight (FR) – Great Dudley, don’t mind what happened at SF25, he’s a legit beast.
Ramza (IRL) – pad Urien, doesn’t get much exposure.
Zak Bennet (UK) – Oro. Great to watch.
kalisto (FR) – Ken/Ibuki. Dunno where he’s at nowadays though.
Ryan Hart (UK) – Ken/Yun.
chunkis (IRL) – Ken.
I think old players like fujiwara etc should only recieve honorable mention. I respect what they’ve accomplished and they’re skill level at their time but since they don’t play anymore I don’t know if they’re as relevant. it’s like saying aruka was a good ibuki but that was 2005 3s not 2012 3s. I would not place aruka in a top 3 ibuki list. same for fujiwara, izu and j makoto, etc etc.

Its my honest list. You were originally a Necro main I believe so I put you in there. Mutantxp deserves a notable mention too. Your Q is also really sick. No other memorable Q’s for me so I just put you on the spot lol. We miss you on ggpo. =)

even though practicing vs CPU/training mode is good, nothing but that is super boring
