Hey guys… what would you consider to be the best k-groove characters

Sagat
In terms of benefitting from this broken ass groove (notice I play K, but I admit it’s broken= P) it’s usually the characters that can afford to take some damage and deal godly damage when raged.
Examples:
Geese
Sagat
Blanka
Raiden
Geif
Another aspect of K is that it covers weak defences or compliments an already strong defence.
Examples:
Vega
Mai
Hibiki
Rock
In general though, pretty much every character can be played effectively in K.
K-Rock(R1)/Blanka(R1)/Geese(R2)
CBS is just always good though.

Guess the Kyo fad is over…But I played K Kyo before it, and I’ll play him after it :o. Anyway K CBS, Kyo, Geese are the best K chars.

Seems sensible to me even though characters like blanka and sagat have far better grooves (a and c respectively)
Cammy/sagat are essential to a serious K team but if you play only one of those you’re gonna have to also go with geese in my opinion. I heard that Geese/Cammy/r2 Blanka is the best K team according to japan, is this true? The mid three of my list are more or less interchangable =/

best k team overall is probably cbs. they are gods. accept it and when you get raped by them, you won’t feel so violated. you’ll understand it’s just the natural order of things.

Rock is good in K, hes my fave character to play, but considering the fact I dunno how to play K-Geese, I feel Rock’s control game is very good by itself and is further strengthed by being in K with the ability of Just Defend and Rage.
Ino’s K-CBS is rare in Japan, supposedly Geese instead of Sagat is better.
IMO, a good character in K, is a character that you know well, the limits of, and how to play that character, then by determining his/her strength, you use K groove’s abilities to further improve on that strength (Example: Geese’s rushdown ability is good by itself, by apply Run and Rage and he’s a beast, Rock on the other hand, is a zoner and having Just Defend to keep his momentum going and quick access to Supers (Rage) makes his control game to a new level)

What about Haomaru? I know he can do some massive damage when hes raged and if you can connect his standing Hp…dam thats like 2 level one specials right there and overall i dont think he to bad of a character…and his cresent slash super does some crazy damage.
Except for the fact that he sucks…
i had haoh in my k-team at one point, i wasnt going for the fierce but more c.lk, c.lk xx dp+hp and then chip with standing strong and perhaps a fierce not vs p or k groove, ull get owned and when ur raged, i try to gaurdbreak them with strong, then do my lvl 3 =) yey
