I’ve been following BB since CT, so yes I’m entirely aware. I’m simply saying that I very much doubt they’re going to have different versions of the same character. Like, the only possible exception I can think of is Jin and Hakumen, and even then with the limited roster spots I wouldn’t be overly surprised if they didn’t. I mean, Mu-12 plays entirely differently from Noel, and Izayoi plays entirely differently from Tsubaki, but I’m not entirely expecting either of them. Izayoi because there’s more important characters, and Mu-12, because I wouldn’t be surprised if the only Murakumo in the game was Nu-13.
Rachel/Hazama build (no Weiss) build available at Toushinsai this weekend. Rachel can summon multiple Georgs and has her wind as a followup directional input during a move
Now that we know Arc Sys are currently tried their best to get full Dual Audios between EN & JP (definitely start out like SFxT’s Cross Style by default due to RWBY’s original region release date), right now the only thing that’s bugging me is that UNI casts don’t have secondary Distortion Drive. Aww man:
Well duh.
Is a Crossover game, they have to represent both the popular characters of the series and the relevants to the plot of the games.
Plus all the gameplay variety.
As others have said this is to be expected. However, this can still be annoying as I have played all three of the games that are contributing characters to this and it’s looking increasingly unlikely that my main in any of those games (Iron Tager, Teddie and Vatista) are going to make it in. Iron Tager looking especially unlikely with the Waldstein reveal. -_-
I really don’t see how playable Teddie would be unlikely at all. If anybody from the Investigation Team is likely to get cut, it’s going to be Rise most likely.
I doubt they’re only gonna have one grappler in the entire game (And if they did, why wold it be Waldstein and not Tager?). I still have high hopes for Tager and Kanji.
I find it hard to believe we’ll have a lot of cuts.
Kanji and Teddie are really safe bets. Tager is pretty safe too. Vatista is interesting/unique/kawaii enough to get in, especially since UNI doesn’t have a lot of characters.
During the RTX London panel where they announced those three, Mori said Weiss was still work in progress and she wasn’t included in the demo build there. Probably same reason why she isn’t in the Toushinsai build either. We’ll probably see first gameplay of hers soon
