I myself loved having jump on triangle. It made perfect sense. Was a super easy thumb slide. Loved it. Dunno if it would fit Bayonetta though.
I cleared NGS2 in a little over 6 hours. From the sounds of things here, Bayonetta sounds to be the same, but I bought this baby to get all that I can out of it. Replays, extras, everything. I can’t wait to dive into it.
Ok i found one thing i dont like about this game. The level where you ride the missle, that shit almost gave me motion sickness X(
I’m loving this game so far. Everything about it just ace, and it really does put DMC4 to shame. Shit, I’d wager not a single DMC title comes close, but I’m not finished with it just yet, so I’ll hold on to that thought.

If they had just swapped taunt and lock-on the controls would be perfect imo. and I wouldn’t mind the exclusion of button config
I’d like to use it more, as some techniques are just alot easier to execute while locked on(launchers and certain techniques)
but I end up not doing so because I use the same finger for RB and RT. and dodging is ALOT more necessary

NP, honestly I love the instant skip feature, it keeps the flow of battle flowing. 
it’d be better if Taunt was just put to Select. That way it makes it easier to have a free top button for something else. I don’t have to worry about trying to keep a combo going with a taunt in this game.

Yea I saw those b4, these players are definitely pretty sick when it comes to stylish combos. It shows the creativity in bayonetta has no limits and that’s what makes it just too good!

The guns she holds on her arms in the beginning are Ebony and Ivory from DMC. The little footprints/sound effects on the map screen are Amaterasu’s from Okami. Something Rodin says when you enter the GoH is a DMC quote (I’ll find the quote). I found tons of other stuff. but I’ve forgotten.

going through hard mode right now and well I’m loving it still. I’m just experimenting with crap now. Apparently the Ice skates, Odette, make you immune when you’re standing in the lava in the early chapter (can’t remember which one with the burning town.)

Ok, so apparently there’s a panther claw attack? How do I actually execute it though? There’s nothing like that in the movelist and no skill to buy like that either.
just run in panther form and attack.
it’s not really much…just a panther arm comes out with the attack you did.
it always just turns into a regular P or K attack for me
The Panther Claw attack appears to be the first attack done out of coming out of cat form.
Another reference I noticed is when Luka is naming off girls he’d dissappoint. I don’t recall the first one or where it is from, but Silvia is from Viewtiful Joe and Ammy is Amerterasu from Obvious.
I got the game yesterday and I’ve beaten it already. It’s a total blast.
