for some dumbass reason it won’t let me pass the birthdate screen when I put it in. Anyone else having this prob?
I couldn;t get past the birth date screen at first toand then suddenly it just randomly worked for like no reason at all. Now my issue is the first video wont load past a certain point. Lame. I’m trying the second to see if it will work. Could be my schools network it’s slow as dirt. Pretty terrible. We’ll see. I’ve never liked Gamevideos though, their shit never seems to work right. It’s really annoying. Ironically enough I have a friend who has the same issue with Gametrailers. Weird.

I don’t have any 0’s in my birthdate…so this annoys me to know end. I’m tempted to just see if I can dl them from the site.

Edit3: There’s a part in the bridge video where the guy picks it up and is rocking it back and forth and slamming it against the wally and Bayonetta’s floating in the air and just swinging with it that looks really funky. I don’t know how exactly I feel about that lol.

Game looks awesome so far…I think the camera could be fixed here and there but I don’t have any doubts for Kamiya and the Platinum games crew.
G4 has a hands on preview. I dunno the quality of the conversation going on as i watched it with the volume turned down (I’m in class) but there is a lot fo gameplay footage so it’s nice to watch. We get to see her double jump (Butterfly wings) which is cool to finally see.

Damn, that was hot. I loved the enemy weapon trailer and seeing how she chewed up and spit out that mini boss.

This game already improves on DMC3/4. Since the levels are all short-burst, they look like they’re gonna focus on making the levels as exciting as they can. They never could do any decent puzzles, so they’re not even doing those.
Also, the music doesn’t suck ass! YAY!
^Yea…im liking the music so far too. Anythings better than that wack Dmc4 soundtrack tho.
The whole idea of breaking the levels down into short little chunks (Verses) is a brilliant idea and lets them focus on making each indevidual Verse as action packed as possible. Fantastic.
So yeah, this was the first game I played yesterday, since SEGA’s booth was right next to ours, and I have to say it’s legit. :tup:
The controls are a bit weird, but that could be because I was playing on the Xbox 360 controller, which I’m not used to. Graphics are a bit sloppy so far too.

A rip of Bayonettas battle theme i think it is. It’s called Mysterious Destiny. I like it. got a good sound. Can’t wait to bust up fools with this kind of music jammin in the backround.
Sloppy how? I’m curious. They look pretty good to me but everything I’ve seen is either in a trailer and flashes by pretty quick or is a stream so quality drops anyway.
If you see the game live, there’s a bunch of aliasing and graphical artifacts. I’m assuming this is because the game isn’t done yet, but if that’s the style they’re going for, it’s bad.
If you look at the games live, God of War III looks WAY THE HELL BETTER than whatever you saw in the “HD” trailers, while this game looks worse. That’s not saying that it looks bad, per se, but it could be a lot more polished.
Ah I see. Jaggies an such. Hopefully it gets smoothed out before it’s release. glad to hear it plays well though. I can forgive somewhat lack luster graphics sfor sublime gameplay. God hand was like that. Thats uuuuuugly but it plays beautifully.
