I can solder, de-solder, wiring (PS only for now, not enough people need 360 sticks here), paint, slight box modding, replacing parts, buying parts (lol).
Been doing it for a while here in Fresno, so if you’re here and need something fixed or switched out, hit me up.
Im still looking to do a duel pcb mod for my sfa stick. I want to put a 360 pcb in there but I dont have the tools or the know how. I wanted to use my wireless 360 pad but apperantly that is too complicated so I gotta use a wired pad. Anyone in the area (like 20 or 30 miles from me) able to do this for a cheap price? I dont want to ship it because that shit cost to much money. I was gonna have some akuma guy from srk do it but he never gave up his shipping info. what a chump…
Ok, let me try asking my earlier question in another way - does anybody have a spare sanwa jlf harness they’d be willing to sell me, or know if/where I can get one in the bay area?
I have an extra one sitting right here in front of me Mr. Warzard. It’s yours for the low price of only $19.95!
Seriously, if you’re close by and want to pick it up, you can have it for free.

I sent you a PM EFC, thanks again!
I used to make sticks…does that count?
hey guys, i had JUST bought my SE offical stick and my MK lags, sometimes cuts out, at one point my HK and 3xHK buttons went completly out.
I opened it up and played with the wires a little bit and got the HK and 3xHK working fine but my MK still lags/cuts out sometimes, i have dont have much experience in sticks and need info on how to fix it. Like neezy i need it fixed b4 evo. Any info would be appreciated
Thanks guys, great thread
Did you already replace the buttons? I know when I got my SE it had one bad button and I had to tighten the connection on others.

I have pretty much all the tools you would need. Table saw, router, circular saw, sander, drills, clamps, soldering iron, meters, etc.
If someone needed to use a table saw or router I’d be more than happy to let you use it for a few cuts. It’d be great if you could share a little more light for me with dual PCB’s since the info is jumbled into 50+ page threads and no official support from Toodles.
^He’s got it all. You should set up a stick shop
Depending on what PCBs you’re using, the main idea is to connect the 5v and Ground for both PCBs, and make sure to never plug both in at once. Akuma001 is better with PS3+X360 mods via Cthulu board, as that requires a DPDT switch and some finessing the usb cords, if I’m correct. Cool guy, but I know he really hates to see his message box start inflating tho. :looney:
Sorry to say, but searching is probably going to be your best friend at this point.

There’s a good spot to start looking for the info.
Actually, I am planning to start a stick shop. Maybe I can quit my day job
But since I can’t sell for a few more months, I’ll just build up sticks and stick em on a website for now.
I’ve read those posts already but I would love to see some pictures. My main concern was hooking up the the 360 board to the Cthulu board through the “additional access points”. A-H, 1-9. Does it mean that if I wire the 360 board to the Cthulhu, it’ll act like having a terminal strip to both boards?
I’d probably just hook up 2 USB ports in the back so I don’t need to have a switch.
Thanks for the info.
I posted this in the tech talk thread and I figured I would post it here as well…
So I finaly got my old SFA stick working on my 360. I put a MC360 pcb in it, but I have a problem. How the hell do I get the ps2/xbox stuff thats still in there to work? I have been reading and lookin’ around for 2 or 3 days now and I cant figure it out. For now I just disconnected the two strip thingys from the pcb that was originaly in there. If I dont do that the 360 part doesnt work.
Anyhow, im pretty happy with myself. Last night was the first time I ever touched a soldering iron or a pcb. I did a pretty damn good job today…accept for that part about the ps2 part not working.
My stick works flawlessy on the 360 now. I didnt do the shoulder buttons and it there is no Back button, but I dont care about those that much.
update - I think I figured it out. After looking at those diagrams and reading all night I think I know what to do. I still dont know how to figure out where the power supply is at on the pcb that was already in the stick but if it takes me all day and all night again I’ll find the spot.
