I don’t have too many things unlocked yet but I’m liking the trace gun for choppers and pretty much anything else. I hit a chopper with it clear across the map :bgrin:, so lucky.
The threads been slow. I’ve been experiencing a lot of crashes to desktop lately, especially those 3:1 KD ratio games. =( It used to happen a lot when the game first came out, then stopped, and is now back. Hmm.
With every patch EA breaks something new. It’s just how patches work.

I thought they patched the ability to plant C4 on a friendly vehicle. Lately I’ve seen quite a few UAV C4 bombing runs.
Also Isla Of Incentes (sp) is becoming one of my fav maps to defend just because I can shoot blackhawks down all day.

@LV Pimp - If you play on console, trying switching Chopper controls to Bad Company 1 style. It makes it so left stick is ascend/descend and right stick pitch forward/backward. It makes flying a whole lot easier.
something i did in the other bf games for flying the heli was take the controls used for the mouse and map em to the arrow keys and turn up the sensitivity. i hate swiping with the mouse. to be honest i dont even think i even tried flying the heli in this game as i’ve just been trying to learn the maps and rank up. planning on playing tonight, have it for pc name is hawps.
I suck with it too due to hardly ever trying to use it. At least I can stay in the air now without killiing myself and managed to get the raodkill achievement in one of those games. I don’t know about you but I’m really digging the way the snipe is set up in this game. None of that instant bullet that MW2 and most other fps have; you actually get to see your bullet fly off and hit someone and have to aim higher and such.
Yea, I saw a youtube how to vid on flying and he mentioned that. My original problem was still there but I found out that the controls are inverted by default and I had them inverted so it made them all weird till I put them back on default with Badcompany1 set up. I just need more practice now.
HEY, how do you deploy your parachute when you jump out? Or is that an item you unlock?
You hit the jump button in the air. You’ll know it deployed your screen does a quick jolt.
