Every sniper I’ve run into seemed too occupied in placing his next shot while I wonder what color dog tag I’d get this time. =]
I tried the shotguns in this game and I hate them. AA-12 is the only one I liked but that was because I was in a small room.
The way snipers work in this game if you get stabbed from behind that means the people infront of you failed to do their job. In non hardcore everyone can spot. I have been wrecking people since I went to recon, especially after I got my 12x scope. I am sick of people playing this game like it is Call of Duty though. It was not till the last group I joined that they realized their K/D ration did not matter (was playing Rush). I am getting better with headshots at range as well, sometimes it is kind of tricky to figure out how much you have to aim above them. I also lol at the people using the semi auto sniper rifles trying to shot me and missing all over the place. I just relocate find them with the starting sniper rifle and pop their head off. One game me and another guy were in a tank and on defense and the other team never even took the first position. I was manning the machine gun while he was on the main and we wrecked shop. When we got it I would just hop out go to the back of the tank repair it and hop back in. It just sucks that good groups are few and far between. Also mortar strikes are sexy.
Yeah I gotta agree with you about people playing it like CoD, its really annoying since you can just see them sitting there just trying to get kills instead of trying to help take points/cap flags etc. If you want to just sit and get kills, there’s squad deathmatch damnit.
A few things…
The M14 and the M1 Garand are almost the exact same weapon except the M14 holds more bullets and they have different iron sights. They do the exact same damage with the exact same recoil from all angles. This means that the M14 is the strictly superior weapon if you want to use a semi-auto rifle. Oh and I forgot, the M14 reloads faster.
The players on XBOX Live/PSN absolutely blow compare to PC players. Holy shit.
Make sure to put my server in your favorites if you’re playing PC.

Unfortunately you can’t change the FOV on console.
So much truth in this statement. They can be really really bad.
Use the smoke grenade launcher with assault class or snipe them. If you play non-hardcore then call them out with the targeting system so another sniper can see their location and kill them for you.
True. But me, Hardcastle, and Medac demolish the competition with our 1337 thr33 m4n skwads. All people need to realize is is that with a mic and some sense of teamwork, you can completely change the outcome of the battle.
I’m usually a Saiga Recon, with Hardcastle as Assault, and Medac as, you guessed it, Medic. Lol. Toss a motion detector, HCastle runs 'em down, I take care of stragglers, and Medac healbots and takes care of anyone I didn’t. 
the biggest reason console players suck is because we’re using shitty analog sticks that over aim and are slow as fuck. i’m not going to buy one of those expensive mouse/keyboard thingamajigs just to play bc2 which is the only fps game i play. using a mouse and keyboard is the equivalent to using a stick for fighting games and you’re going to find that in all your matches on pc.
We’'ve definitely had some games where we clutched the win out with lousy teammates. Now if Gibb was on more we could have a full squad and be more well rounded.
I agree. I think the PC crowd that play FPS’s have less casuals than consoles.

Well I was playing with with my friends 360 pad on his console. I was wrecking everyone because no one had any idea of how to play the fucking game. On PC servers I can still hold my own, but I can’t just claim the top spot like that every round without batting an eye.
There are the good players, but like someone said there’s so many casuals, and just straight up people who are dumb and suck ass regardless if they’re casual or not. Some people play all day but just suck because that’s their nature…i actually know someone who plays quite a bit of MW2, and for the record I HATE CONSOLE FPS, i eventually got better than him in less time…
I got my first Ace pin today as a medic none the less. Unfortunately we lost the Rush on defense not from lack of me trying. Got 18 kills 2 dog tags,multiple assists, multiple defense pins, multiple defibs, multiple first aid kit heals, and all kinds of other shit. I had 5500 or so points after it was done and the next person on my team barely had like 800.
Got this game on the PS3, tired of running with randoms, lol…feel free to add me up! I wanna get good!
Medic is the easiest way to get the Ace Pin. They are freaking points engines.
Console players are trash. I am not even that good at this game.
I think the level of competition in the end levels out on the PC, Xbox, and PS3. Just that on the home console you run into little johnny playing , USMC 12312321, or 420Killer187 etc etc instead of someone who is actually playing to win.
I still love the whole debate of who is better console players or PC players.
Lol. Playing Battlefield 2 to win? The only way players play is to camp. They don’t care about the team, and don’t try to take objectives. Just K/D.
