Begins is pretty much perfect for a batman movie IMO.

IM3 is a good movie. While it had too much comedy and the Mandarin reveal pissed me off it was overall an enjoyable film.

BB was the best Nolan Bat-movie. TDK, while not perfect, inflated everyone’s expectations for superhero movies, like they have the potential to be Oscar-quality or something. I think after 5 years of crappy attempts at being “realistic” and “hard PG-13,” and Avengers cutting the crap and just making a fun summer epic and racking a bajillion dollars, those expectations were brought down to earth.
I’m pretty sure TDKR is the last superhero movie I watched. And when I say that, I mean I don’t see myself watching any others.
