There’s established consistency though that writers have to always bare in mind. Superman has super powers, batman does not and across the various runs of both characters nearly all the writers respected the fact that superman>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>batman in terms of power. It’s in fact a selling point behind batman…his humanity and vulnerability is what makes him unique.
