That is what I thought. I think smith will probably do a decent job. I think out of all the trailers, Suicide Squad had me mad hype.

I find it odd the trailers have shown the battle being one sided. Aside from Batman in the wrecked Batmobile, it looks like he’s on top the entire thing. Dat prep time.

Whatever problems you have with Man of Steel, you have to be smoking that good good if you think any part of Superman Returns is better than it. The best part of Returns is the very beginning where he saves the airplane, its all downhill from there.
I’m guessing there will be two fights. First fight Batman will be all over him, then Clark will start to win, and Batman will be forced to regroup. Then the armor comes out for the next battle, and Batman will be winning again, but the battle will end with a conversation (and probably Superman saving Batman’s life during the fight), and they’ll unite against Doomsday/Lex.
Yeah, Batman will most likely win. Its unfortunate because people think Supes is borderline retarded. In which he isn’t.

Neither of them need to be dark to be successful. Both Bats and Supes work as light hearted or dark tones.
You guys keep using words like “need” or “must” or “should” to describe their tones or styles when the reason their both among the greatest characters is they work in multiple styles.
It’s funny how quick people forget Batman made bank back in the day as a goofy gadget character.
The brave and the bold cartoon proved people still can love that type of Batman. Honestly lighter tones is closer to his original form anyway.
Punisher or Daredevil? I think you’d have to change too much of who they are to make them light though. I can agree with that.
First two Batman movies: Dark (for the time) and successful
Later Batman movies: Silly, upbeat, bright (neon Batman & Robin?)…and failures
Batman is traditionally a darker comic than Superman. Superman doesn’t really deal with drug addiction, prostitution, rape, and other ‘dark’ subjects. To think Superman gets as dark as Batman, shows how out of touch you really are.

Brave and the Bold doing well has nothing to do with that type of Batman, and the fact it’s fucking Batman. Cartoon batman will always be brighter, because you ain’t getting dark Batman greenlit to be a Saturday morning cartoon. But comics, and movies? Prepare for darkness.

Batman fanboys amaze me with their stupidity. I argued with his guy over FB explaining rationally how the fight would be over in a single panel. I showed supes being fast enough to see inbetween nanoseconds, having the strength to hold the mass of a black hole, physically enduring nuke explosions like they’re nothing yet he was still convinced that bat’s intelligence would win.
This movie will have some of the worst plot induced stupidity in movie history when bats somehow either beats supes of stalemates him.

I was kinda like both of them niggas (Supes and Bats) were assholes in Injustice, but both made logical sense (except for the not killing Joker thing. Batman was wrong on that and continues to be so long as that nigga Joker still breathes), then Batman kept agitating that nigga, then Superman killed Ollie and then I just lost sympathy for both them niggas.
